A long-term Kingdom perspective

I have long believed that we would see the emergence of the Kingdom in this present Jubilee cycle (1986-2035). The 120^th Jubilee from Adam began in 1986, and the number 120 indicates the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Likewise, 1993 was an important date, because it was the end of the Pentecostal Age. The (Saul) church reigned 40 Jubilees, even as King Saul, who was crowned on the day of Pentecost (i.e., “wheat harvest”) reigned 40 years.

The Jubilee cycle is 49 years, or seven Sabbaths, the next one ending in 2035. But from the end of Saul’s reign in 1993, it is only 42 years to 2035. I want to focus on this 42-year time period today.

The number 42 (i.e., 42 months) is used in the book of Revelation to indicate a time of tribulation. It is 21 x 2, which associates it with the time of Jacob’s trouble (or distress) in Jeremiah 30:7. Jacob experienced two times of distress in his life, each 21 years long. The first was when he worked as a bondservant to Laban for 20 years, leaving in his Sabbath year (21), which really counts as “vacation time” in the previous week of years.

The second time of distress came a few years later when Joseph was separated from his brethren, who had sold him as a slave to traders going to Egypt. For the next 21 years Jacob thought his son was dead.

These two times of distress were repeated on a national scale in two cycles of 210 years. The first was when Israel was in Egypt for 210 years, ending when Moses led them out of Egypt. (See Secrets of Time, chapter 2.) This time frame correlated with Jacob’s 21-year bondage to Laban.

The second time of national distress began when the tribes of Joseph were separated from their brethren after the death of Solomon. The kingdom was divided in 931 B.C. and this condition remained until Israel was deported to Assyria. Samaria was captured in 721 B.C., showing that Joseph-Israel was separated in the old land for 210 years.

Israel’s long tribulation of “seven times,” prophesied in Leviticus 26, also includes the 210-year factor. Seven times is 7 x 360 years, or 2,520 years total. This is also 12 x 210 years, or one distress cycle per land-owning tribe in Israel.

From the beginning of Israel’s deportations in 745 B.C. we see that 2,520 years later their tribulation began to come to an end in 1776 when America was founded. But dating from the fall of their capital city (Samaria) in 721 B.C., the end of their “seven times” distress ended in the year 1800, when Washington D.C. (America’s capital) was built.

Yet as we know, there were actually 13 tribes in Israel, all of whom experienced this time of distress. So if we add another 210 years to the endpoints of 1776 and 1800, we come to 1986 and 2010. 1986, of course, was the 120^th Jubilee from Adam. The year 2010 is:

13 x 210 years from the fall of Samaria (721 B.C.)

7 x 390 years from the fall of Samaria (721 B.C.)

6 x 490 years from the start of the Divided Kingdom (931 B.C.)

So we see that the year 2010 opened a whole new sequence of historical events that are transforming the nations even now. Mystery Babylon rules by the power of money, and in 2010 their grip on money-power began to be loosed when the member nations of the IMF decided to “reform” the power structure to dislodge the US government from its absolute grip on power. Of course, the US government has resisted this, causing a financial war between East and West. This war continues to the present time.

Much more could be said about this, but I have reported on this financial war in many past articles.

With this background in mind, let us return our focus to the two cycles of distress (2 x 21) from 1993 to 2035. We are now in 2014 at the midpoint between the two cycles.

1993 21 = 2014

2014 21 = 2035

Looking back at the first cycle (now ending), we see that it started with the “death of Saul” in 1993 and the rise of David, i.e., the overcomers. We saw the transition pattern repeated from the biblical events in 2 Samuel 5:4, 5, which reads,

⁴ David was thirty years old when he became king, and he reigned forty years. ⁵ At Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years over all Israel and Judah.

As early as 1993 we saw that this pattern would be repeated in our time. From the standpoint of prophecy, “Saul” died on Pentecost, May 30, 1993, which was the 40^th Jubilee of the church since it was crowned on Pentecost in Acts 2:1. That is when the transfer of authority began to shift from the church under Pentecost to the overcomers under the feast of Tabernacles.

“David” then began to reign in a limited way for 7½ years to November 30, 2000. During this time, we were able to begin our Jubilee Prayer Campaign to pray for the overthrow of Mystery Babylon and for the overcomers to receive the dominion mandate (“scepter” of Judah-David in Genesis 49:10).

On November 30, 2000 the “David” company (overcomers) received the full authority needed to complete the overthrow of Mystery Babylon. That project was completed on October 7, 2006. This warfare took a total of 13 years, because it was comparable to the 13 trips that the Israelites made around the city of Jericho, a type of Babylon. It also represented a year of battle for each of the 13 tribes of Israel.

Our decree on October 7, 2006 was made in Babylon, New York, as I wrote about in weblogs from that time period. I told people the following week at the Tabernacles conference in Reading, PA that we should see the start of Babylon’s economic collapse within a year—that is, some time in 2007. That, of course, is what happened, and the economists admit even today that the problem has not been fixed.

Yet the “David” company still would have to wait until 2014 to complete this 21-year cycle, because 2014 is the year in which the beast nations lose the dominion mandate after enjoying power for a period of “seven times” from 607 B.C. to 2014 A.D. The “seven times” (2,520 years) should have ended a century ago in 1914 by strict chronology, but it did not. The reason is that during the Grecian beast period from 163-63 B.C. Judea became an independent nation for exactly one century, depriving the beast system of a hundred years of dominion in their contract with God. So that century had to be added at the end from 1914-2014.

The establishment of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1914 gave the “beasts” that century of dominion until 2014. The power of the Federal Reserve Bank is now being challenged, and I believe that it will lose its power in 2014. It may appear to exist afterward, but it will no longer reign supreme over the central banks of the earth, nor is it likely that it will retain power over the IMF.

So even though “David” received full spiritual authority on November 30, 2000, there was a larger prophecy coming to a climax in 2014. This larger prophecy is found in Daniel 7, where the beasts of Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome (along with its extension, the “little horn”) were given Judah’s dominion mandate on account of Judah’s sin and misuse of that mandate. These beasts will be deprived of the dominion mandate when the Divine Court rules in favor of the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:22) on October 16, 2014.

Of course, these “saints” will then have to take the dominion from the grasp of the present beast system. No beast in history has ever given up its power willingly, for it acts through self-interest. Consider the fact that when Joshua was given the land of Canaan, it took seven years of warfare to take the land. Even when God removed the dominion mandate from the kings of Judah in Jerusalem and gave it to King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon in 607 B.C., it took Nebuchadnezzar three years to take Jerusalem in 604 B.C.

So I do not know how long it will take for the saints to possess the Kingdom fully. But I do expect that it will begin as early as the end of 2014, once the Divine Court has issued the decree on October 16. I also suspect that much will be accomplished by the end of 2017, because a century ago General Allenby took Jerusalem in December of 1917. I believe this established a century-long pattern, just as the establishment of the Federal Reserve Bank was given power from 1914 to 2014.

This first 21-year phase of receiving the Dominion, or the Scepter of Judah, will be completed on the eighth day of Tabernacles, October 16, 2014. We will then enter the second 21-year cycle (2014-2035), whose purpose is to receive the Birthright of Joseph (1 Chronicles 5:2). The prophetic patterns will shift from Judah (or David) to Joseph (or Ephraim) in order to combine the two under one Head, Jesus Christ.

Genesis 49:10 says,

¹⁰ The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until Shiloh comes, and to him shall be the obedience of the peoples.

Judah’s mandate lasts only “until Shiloh comes.” In later years, Shiloh was the priestly town in Ephraim, the birthright tribe of Joseph. It was also Joshua’s tribe. It speaks prophetically of the second work of Christ, which I explained in my book, The Laws of the Second Coming, chapter 11.

Christ came the first time from the tribe of Judah and of the house of David to secure His throne rights—the scepter. But He comes the second time as a manifestation of Joseph with His robe dipped in blood (Revelation 19:13; Genesis 37:31). This is now emerging in the 21-year cycle from 2014-2035.

Earlier, from 1993-2013 we engaged in spiritual warfare to be set free from Mystery Babylon and to secure the dominion mandate from the beast systems of this world. But now we are entering a new scenario that secures the Birthright of Joseph. So we read in 1 Chronicles 5:1, 2,

¹ Now the sons of Reuben the first-born of Israel (for he was the first-born, but because he defiled his father’s bed, his birthright was given to the sons of Joseph the son of Israel; so that he [Reuben] is not enrolled in the genealogy according to the birthright. ² Though Judah prevailed over his brothers, and from him came the leader [nagiyd, “ruler, captain, prince”], yet the birthright belonged to Joseph.)

Joseph was thus treated as if he were the first-born son. This Birthright is all about Sonship and stewardship of the earth’s wealth that God owns by right of creation.

Genesis 49:22 Jacob prophesies, “Joseph is a fruitful bough” [Heb. ben, “Son”]. It is about Sonship and the manifestation of the first-born Sons of God.

Genesis 49:26 says,

²⁶ The blessings of your father have surpassed the blessings of my ancestors up to the utmost bound of the everlasting hills; may they be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of the one distinguished [nazir, “consecrated, set apart, separated from”] among his brothers.

The word nazir refers both to Joseph’s special consecration as the Birthright holder, and to the fact that he had been separated from his brethren for 21 years.

The blessings associated with the Birthright come from “the everlasting hills.” This is repeated in Moses’ blessing on Joseph in Deuteronomy 33:13-16. In verses 15 and 16 he is blessed “with the best things of the ancient mountains, and with the choice things of the everlasting hills, and with the choice things of the earth and its fulness.”

This refers to mining, agriculture, fishing, and all the things that God created for our benefit. These have been misused by the beast empires of the past, but when these are transferred to the true stewards, the saints of the Most High, the wealth of the earth will be used to establish the Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

That, I believe, will be a prime focus in the 21 years that lie ahead. The 121^st Jubilee, I believe, will then be declared in 2035, completing the second work of Christ.
