The New Kingdom Order

There is a New Kingdom Order coming soon. The nations in 1815 set up a New European Order which, by contract, lasted 99 years. The nations in 1919 set up a New World contract (agreement) for another 99 years. Now there is a New Kingdom Order coming that will last a thousand years.

At the Congress of Vienna the three main powers of the day (Russia, Austria, and Germany) signed a final agreement on September 26, 1815. Part of this was for the public, and part of it remained secret. It is apparent that the secret portion included a provision making the Rothschild banks “guardians of the papal treasure.” In checking with my legal department, I learned that such guardianships were never perpetual, but were always limited by a specified time table. In this case the Rothschilds were made guardians for 99 years, and the expiration of the contract occurred, then, on September 26, 1914.

During the 99 years of guardianship, the Rothschilds were essentially trustees of papal wealth, but in addition to being paid for their services, they also sought ways to gain ownership. Knowing that they had 99 years in which to work under their legal contract, they realized that their success depended on overthrowing the three nations that had appointed the Rothschilds as trustees over the Vatican.

The Federal Reserve Bank

Hence, we see that just before the contract expired, they established and set up the Federal Reserve Bank in 1913-1914, which, according to both Thomas D. Schauf and Eustace Mullins, is owned by ten international banks:

2. Rothschild Bank of Berlin

3. Warburg Bank of Hamburg

4. Warburg Bank of Amsterdam

5. Lehman Brothers of New York (bankrupted in 2008, most assets sold to Barclays Bank)

6. Lazard Brothers of Paris

7. Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York

8. Israel Moses Seif Bank of Ital

9. Goldman Sachs of New York

10. JP Morgan Chase Bank of New York

The Federal Reserve Act was passed on December 23, 1913, less than a year before the Holy Alliance Treaty was due to expire. At that time, the Vatican was still technically under the guardianship of the Rothschild banks, it is not likely that it had any controlling interest as a shareholder of the Federal Reserve Bank. Instead, we see the Fed owned by the large Jewish banks, most of which were interrelated by marriage.

Overthrowing the Big Three Nations

The Big Three nations refer to Austria, Germany, and Russia, who were the main signatories of the Holy Alliance. France was treated as a defeated empire, so had relatively little influence in the negotiations. Britain was included, but only in association with Austria and Germany, because the King George III came from the German line of Hanover and was not only king of Britain but was also the Prince-Elector of the Holy Roman Empire. In fact, on October 12, 1814, less than a year before the Holy Alliance signed their agreement, King George of Britain was promoted to King of Hanover.

Austria at that time was the final remnant of the Holy Roman Empire, ruled by the Habsburg dynasty (surnamed Werner, from Werner I, Count of Habsburg, 1025-1096). The Holy Roman Empire was neither holy nor Roman, nor was this precise term even used until the thirteenth century. However, its roots go back to the year 800 when Pope Leo crowned Charlemagne as its king in exchange for being the protector of the church. The Holy Roman Empire was officially dissolved in 1806 when the last Emperor, Francis I, abdicated after Napoleon defeated his army.

We see then that the Holy Roman Empire was broken apart in 1806, but the ruling dynasty continued in the smaller nations of Austria and Hungary until 1918. It was the assassination in 1914 of their heir to this throne—Archduke Ferdinand of Austria—that precipitated WW 1.

Germany, which had also been part of the Holy Roman Empire in earlier centuries, was defeated in World War 1 and thereby lost its power as part of the Holy Alliance of 1815.

Finally, the Russian revolution dissolved Russia and replaced it with the Soviet Union, dissolving any previous treaties and contracts from the Holy Alliance. All three of the great powers were thus eradicated shortly after the 99-year contract ended in 1914.

The Treaty of Versailles (June 28, 1919)

After the war, the new European powers met and signed the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. This Treaty essentially put a new agreement into place for the next 99 years, bringing us up to the present time.

The Treaty of Versailles started the process of setting up a new order, not merely for Europe (as in 1815) but for the whole world. The League of Nations was organized, ultimately replaced by the United Nations. The International Monetary Fund and other institutions were set up to support the United Nations and the new order between 1921 and 1947.

It appears that the Rothschild guardianship over the Vatican ended and was not renewed in 1919. We cannot say for sure, because any secret agreements remain secret to this day. But the actions of the Vatican, beginning with their Concordat with Mussolini in 1929, followed by their agreement with Hitler in 1933 and the establishment of the Vatican Bank in 1942, suggests that they had regained control of their property and finances. Meanwhile, though, the Rothschilds had accumulated vast power and control as creditors over debtor nations.

We are now approaching the end of the second 99-year agreement for the new world order (1919-2018). In fact, the New World Order, as President Bush called it, is now near the end of its life, and something new is in the works. The end of the (old) New World Order coincides with the rise of China and Russia as the “kings of the east,” prophesied in Revelation 16:12. These are the prophesied agents of divine change who ultimately act as God’s agents to destroy “Babylon,” even as in ancient times the Medes and Persians came from the east to take over the old (literal) city of Babylon.

Again, this coincides with the end of the rule of beast nations. In 607 B.C. God had contracted beast nations to rule in place of the kings of Judah, and the first of these—Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon—had taken control of Jerusalem three years later in 604 B.C. The contract, revealed in Leviticus 26, was for “seven times,” which, as we have shown, was a period of 2,520 years (i.e., 7 x 360 years).

This “seven times” cycle would have ended from 1914-1917, when the Holy Alliance agreement ended, had it not been for a century-long interruption from 163-63 B.C. when Judah was an independent state during the time of the Maccabees. But because the beast nations were deprived of a century of dominion, God fulfilled His contract with them by allowing them another century of dominion from 1914/17 until 2014/17.

So we see, then, that what came to be called the New World Order, set up by the 99-year Treaty of Versailles in 1919 to replace the expired treaty from the Holy Alliance, essentially defined the extra century of beast dominion over the earth that was due to them by divine contract.

The current time frame from 2014-2018, then, is extremely important in prophecy and in world history. We stand at the crossroads of history. It is the end of beast rule and the transfer of authority to the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:22). The overthrow of Babylon today is again being accomplished by the kings of the east, except that this time the kings are Russia and China. This is not a bad thing, for God is using these nations as agents to overthrow the existing New World Order in preparation for a Kingdom Order that will carry us for the next thousand years to the Great White Throne judgment.

An Overview

Nations are limited in their contracts to 99 years. We see many examples of that in history. But God’s contracts can go as long as 2,520 years, or “seven times.” This long-term contract between God and the beast nations is now ending between 2014 and 2017. [The Treaty of Versailles should end on June 28, 2018.] Scripture tells us of four main beast contractors, pictured as a lion, bear, leopard, and iron-toothed beast, with a final extension of the fourth beast known as the “little horn.”

The little horn of Daniel 7:25 was given 3½ “times” (1,260 years) toward the end of this long-term contract, from 529-534 until 1789-1794. This cycle ended with the French Revolution and resulted in the beast’s “fatal wound” that was healed (1798-1804). The Holy Alliance in 1815 put together a New European Order by an agreement with the big three religious representatives: Protestant Germany, Roman Catholic Austria, and Orthodox Russia.

When their 99-year agreement expired, that European Order disintegrated into World War I. The war began within two months of the expiration of the 99-year agreement in 1914. There was no opportunity to set up a new agreement while the war was being fought, but afterward, in 1919, the Treaty of Versailles replaced the Holy Alliance with a New World Order that was to last another 99 years, ending in 2018.

When we understand the relationship between these 99-year agreements and how they have functioned under the authority of the beast from the earth, we can see that we are now seeing a third agreement being put together. That agreement, however, is coming after the dominion has been transferred to the saints of the Most High, something that the world powers do not yet understand.

When the Medes and Persians overthrew Babylon, their kings were aware that they were God’s agents, but they did not really understand their role, because they did not know God as we know Him. Isaiah 45, which prophesies of Cyrus as a “messiah,” uses Cyrus as the prime example of the sovereignty of God. The fact that God could use a king that did not even know Him (Isaiah 45:1, 4, 5, 6) comes as a surprise even to most Christians today, who seem to think that only the devil can use non-believers.

But when we understand these prophecies and can relate them to events happening today in the overthrow of Mystery Babylon, then we can lose all fear of Russia and China and rejoice that God is sovereign and can use anyone to establish His Kingdom. It is doubtful if either the Russian or Chinese leaders know how this will end, but we who have a more sure word of prophecy (2 Peter 1:19 KJV) know that God will use them to set up a New Kingdom Order that will last a thousand years.

We are almost there. It is time to make last minute preparations to learn the divine program, so that we can be part of the solution, rather than part of the problem.
