In May of 1987 I received a word from God that Bill Clinton was going to become president. I was told also that his vice president would be from the south, a man who would run against him at first. That turned out to be Al Gore of Tennessee. Though I assumed at the time that this would happen in the 1988 election, it actually occurred four years later.
I also learned at the time that Bill and Hillary were fulfilling the biblical story of King Ahab and Jezebel. I may have been the first to discern this (in 1987), but in the 1990’s this insight was widespread in the Christian community.
Bill Clinton’s “humbling” on September 11, 1998 (at the Congressional Prayer Breakfast) was like King Ahab in 1 Kings 21:29. The next verse (1 Kings 22:1) indicates that Ahab’s humbling postponed Israel’s judgment (war with Syria) for three years. So also, Bill Clinton’s humbling postponed America’s judgment for three years. The “war” finally began on September 11, 2001 when the Twin Towers were demolished.
That ended the “Ahab” cycle and ushered us into the Jezebel phase. Scripture gives no timing as to how long Jezebel ruled before being killed by Jehu. The divine silence caused us to search for related patterns in the Bible so that we would understand events related to Hillary Clinton. As it turned out, she was given 15 years according to the pattern of King Hezekiah’s extension of life (2 Kings 20:6). This was like a 15-year extension of Clinton power that related to some of the worst years of Israel (morally speaking) in biblical times.
On September 11, 2016, just before the last election, Hillary Clinton collapsed at the ceremony remembering the Twin Towers demolition. It was the 15th anniversary of that event. When she was dragged away, we saw this as the fulfillment of Jezebel’s demise, when she was thrown out of the window by her eunuchs at the command of Jehu (2 Kings 9:30-33).
We were certain then that she would not win the election. It also suggested that Donald Trump was fulfilling the role of Jehu in that particular theme. Jehu had a reputation for being a mad driver, for as a watchman observed in 2 Kings 9:20, “he drives furiously.” Jehu went on to kill the seventy sons of Ahab (2 Kings 10:6, 7, 11). The conclusion of the matter is found in 2 Kings 10:17,
17 And when he came to Samaria, he killed all who remained to Ahab in Samaria, until he had destroyed him, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke to Elijah.
I’m not suggesting that anyone will be killed today, but the pattern shows that Jehu got rid of the entire house of Ahab and all of his political supporters and appointees. It appears that this is what is currently being played out in the Mueller investigation and other attempts by the house of Clinton to impeach Trump. By the biblical pattern, I believe that Trump will win this political conflict and that we will see a major purge take place at some point.
Janet Reno vs. Kim Clement
With this in mind, I find it interesting that there are two opposing prophecies—if you can call them prophecies—in the runup to the 2016 election of Donald Trump. Kim Clement prophesied in 2007 about Donald Trump becoming president and described him even earlier—before he knew who he was prophesying about.
Clement did not always get it right, so many have criticized him and labeled him to be a false prophet. Clement himself was humble enough to admit his mistakes. It is not my purpose to defend him or to criticize him—only to tell the story and to show the contrast between him and Janet Reno.
Contrary to his prophecies, Janet Reno, the attorney general during the Bill Clinton era, stated that “Trump will never be president in my lifetime.” This was reported here:

Well, she died on the day before the election of Donald Trump.

Since most members of the House of Clinton, until the night of the election, believed that Hillary would win, it is likely that Janet Reno died thinking that Hillary would win.
Kim Clement also died shortly after the election on November 23, 2016.

The difference was that his prophecies about Donald Trump proved to be true. I believe that Trump will easily win a second term in 2020, fulfilling Clement’s prophecy from 2007, but that is yet unproven. My view is not based on Clement’s prophecies, but upon the biblical pattern of Ahab, Jezebel, and Jehu. That is my own revelation from 29 years ago, and so far it has a considerable track record.
This revelation is important because it gives us God’s perspective on the USA and its government. It shows that God is in control of the situation, that we are not on our own, nor has God forsaken us on account of our rebellion and lawlessness. He is working behind the scenes to restore us to Himself, exercising His sovereignty to fulfill His purpose for this country.
Seeing this, people from every other country in the world should be encouraged, because God intends to redeem all nations. Every nation has a unique calling and a destiny that will be fulfilled in the end. Most people are ignorant of such things, and many—even Christians—do not think that God will actually be able to bring salvation to the nations as He promised. But when we understand that God is still sovereign and has the power to override the will of man, we have hope (expectation) of a fantastic future.
