The crisis of prophetic blindnenss

Thanks largely to Donald Trump, the world is moving at a breathtaking pace toward the climax of the age. Whereas his first term focused on not starting any more endless wars, his second term has reversed this policy under the guise of “Peace through strength.”

By “strength,” he means threatening any nation that does not comply with his ultimatums. In practice this means using military and economic “strength” to bully the world into submission. He apparently believes that peace can be achieved by great shows of strength or, in the case of Yemen and Iran, by bombing campaigns. He will soon come to realize that peace cannot be achieved with bombs. The only way such peace can be obtained is by killing everyone.

Yet God has chosen Trump for the task, even protecting him from an assassin’s bullet. He is a chosen vessel, though not as he thinks. His spiritual advisors, led by Paula White, are all telling him that if he does not do everything he can to protect Zionism God will curse America. The opposite is true, actually, but Trump’s Zionist cabinet does not know that God is leading America to goad Israel into self-destruction as per Jeremiah 19:10, 11.

A growing number of Israelis themselves are becoming alarmed at Netanyahu’s authoritarian regime. Hundreds of thousands of them have taken to the streets to demonstrate their alarm and dissatisfaction with him.

Many Israeli soldiers are refusing to report for duty, not only because they disagree with the policy of genocide but also to avoid charges of participating in war crimes. Many more are simply leaving the country to return to Europe where it is safer. In my view, this is how God is giving them a final opportunity to get out of harm’s way before the country is destroyed by nuclear fallout, as prophesied in Isaiah 29:1-6.

I interpret this as an indication of God’s mercy and an answer to our prayers.

Meanwhile, God has hardened Netanyahu’s heart, even as He did with Pharaoh in the days of Moses. I do not think that Netanyahu himself will repent of his bloodthirsty policies but will lead the nation into destruction. He believes that he can kill or expel all Palestinians with the help of Donald Trump.

It is increasingly clear that he has convinced Trump to attack Iran on his behalf. Trump himself is not familiar with the Scriptures and relies on Christian Zionists to tell him what it says. He is unaware that Isaiah prophesied that God would put a sack over the head of the prophets so that they would be unable to see the vision of Jerusalem’s destruction. Hence, after the vision of Ariel-Jerusalem’s nuclear destruction in Isaiah 29:1-6, and how, in the end, NO ONE will get the land (Isaiah 29:7, 8), God said in Isaiah 29:9, 10, 11, 12,

⁹ Be delayed and wait; blind yourselves and be blind… ¹⁰ For the Lord has poured over you a spirit of deep sleep. He has shut your eyes, the prophets; and he has covered your heads, the seers. ¹¹ The entire vision [in Isaiah 29:1-8] will be to you like the words of a sealed book, which when they give it to the one who is literate, saying, “Please read this,” he will say, “I cannot, for it is sealed.” ¹² Then the book will be given to the one who is illiterate, saying, “Please read this.” And he will say, “I cannot read.”

The prophet then states the reason for blinding the prophets and covering the heads of the seers. It is because they have drawn near to God with their words and honored God with lip service, but their hearts are far from Him. They follow the traditions of men instead of the word of God. It is the same problem seen in the New Testament (Matthew 15:8, 9).

In Jesus’ day the racist attitudes of the religious leaders and their followers was the same as what we see today among Christian Zionists. Hence, God has blinded their prophets and seers. Those who can actually read Isaiah 29:1-8 cannot understand it because the book is sealed to them. Others are simply illiterate—that is, they failed to read it at all.

The result is that the Zionist prophets of the Church encourage the Jewish Zionists to adopt genocidal policies that will doom the nation as a whole. They are all being led by their own blindness to the crisis point at the Red Sea.

This was the year that we were led to declare the Jubilee. At the time, I took note that Netanyahu would be the man called to lead Israel into destruction. As the Apostle Paul puts it, the bondwoman (earthly Jerusalem) must be cast out in order to allow the free woman (heavenly Jerusalem) to be the undisputed “mother” of Kingdom inheritors (“Isaac”). See Galatians 4:30.)

This process began properly in 1996. I did not know it would take so long, of course, but it appears that we are now arriving at the climax of the age that will decide once and for all who are the true “chosen” people, those chosen to reign with Christ in the age to come. I can guarantee that those who continue to support the bondwoman and her son will not be heirs in the age to come. Their repentance is inevitable, but if they continue to support the wrong “mother” until the moment she is cast out, they will not be able to achieve more than citizenship in the Kingdom.

I find it strange that virtually all Christians give lip service to Isaiah 29 and Galatians 4, and yet it is as if they have never read these passages. The prophesied blindness applies equally to these two chapters. Romans 11:7 KJV makes it clear that the remnant of grace is “the election” (or “the chosen” NASB), while “the rest were blinded.”
