President Donald Trump’s slogan (MAGA) was established without really defining HOW he intended to re-establish this greatness. The slogan sounds good on its surface, along with the secondary slogan, “America First.” But its practical implementation is the real question, and this could be answered only after Trump’s inauguration.
Well, after six months of watching, we are now starting to see how Trump is trying to accomplish his goal. His main tactics involve economic and military threats and ultimatums, which have replaced traditional diplomatic negotiations. He has chosen to weaponize tariffs, and when that has failed, he issues military threats to force compliance to America’s “interests.”
On the domestic front, Trump has come against Biden’s “Woke ideology” to end the madness of immorality and transgenderism. But on the international front, it is clear that Trump intends to punish any country that does not acquiesce to his view of American interests. When he blames other countries for taking advantage of America’s trade policies, his measuring rod seems to be based on trade imbalances, rather than real trade restrictions. In other words, if another country exports more to us than we do to them, he will use tariffs to balance the trade deficit.
The problem with this is that America-made products are often too expensive for them to buy, because of the high cost of US labor. Many of our products are simply out of reach. Another problem is that America often restricts purchases of high tech items that other countries would like to buy, on the grounds that it might help their militaries. Considering the fact that US officials are openly proclaiming that we will be in a war with China within 3-5 years, this is, in some ways, understandable.
Most wars are fought primarily for economic reasons and secondarily over ideologies. Throughout history, wars have been fought largely to Make (their country) Great Again. As empires begin to decline, their political leaders have usually mobilized their militaries to try to retain power in the world. An increase in wars is often a symptom of a declining empire. Yet wars are very expensive and ultimately only contribute toward further decline.
In recent centuries, we have seen various European empires dominate the world:
1. Portuguese Empire – 15th to early 17th century
2. Spanish Empire – late 15th to 18th century
3. Dutch Empire – 17th century (esp. mid-1600s)
4. British Empire – 18th to early 20th century
5. American Empire—1945 to today
Each of the above have been subsets of the overall empire of Mystery Babylon. These are all related to the extension of the Roman Empire, which is the fourth kingdom in Daniel 2 and 7. The BRICS countries are now challenging the American Empire, led primarily by China and Russia, who are called prophetically “the kings from the east” (Revelation 16:12). The angel has poured out his bowl of wine upon the Euphrates to dry it up and prepare the way for these “kings from the east.” God is using them to bring down prophetic Babylon as described in Revelation 16:19).
Recall that Babylon fell to the army of Cyrus the Persian and Darius the Mede. These were the original “kings from the east” who overthrew Babylon. God raised them up, not to destroy the people of Judah but to set them free from the Babylonian captivity. Revelation 16:12 informs us of a repeated pattern at the end of this age. In my view, Russia and China are the new kings that God has raised up to overthrow the Babylonian empire that now keeps the West enslaved.
Men think that the 21st century is China’s turn to be the dominant empire in the earth, and this is why western politicians are so afraid of China. However, prophecy shows that the empire to come is the Kingdom of God, pictured as a stone hitting the image of Babylon on its feet. God is using Russia and China and the BRICS nations as a whole to prepare the way for God’s Kingdom.
Hence, I am not afraid of either China or Russia. I am much more apprehensive of America and the western alliances in general, because they well understand their decline and are reacting in typical carnal ways. The church as a whole does not understand prophecy, because most Bible teachers misapply prophecy according to the Dispensationalist theories of Darby and Scofield. Hence, the church is largely confused and ends up siding with the Babylonians. They demonize the kings from the east as if they are God’s enemies coming to destroy the Zionist state which they believe wrongly is the biblical Israel.
Donald Trump has little or no biblical background. He gets his spiritual advice from Christian Zionists that he trusts, so we must view his policies in that light. With such poor advice, he has surrounded himself with Zionists and warmongers who demonize China and Russia instead of accepting their attempts to be friends. In doing this, they show themselves to be prophetic Babylonians fighting to retain global hegemony. Revelation 16 shows that they are fighting God Himself. This is a fight they cannot win.
Likewise, the Zionists in America, supported by a large portion of evangelical Christianity, are trying to fight God’s army that He has instructed to destroy the Zionist state (Isaiah 29:2, 3). In the attempt to save Jerusalem in particular, they oppose God’s verdict in Jeremiah 19:10, 11, which decreed that the city will be destroyed “as one breaks a potter’s vessel, which cannot again be repaired.”
The church is largely on the wrong side of this conflict. Christian Zionists are setting themselves up for a huge shock that will surely test the faith of many people.
Recall that the Pike Plan for three world wars, first published in the late 1800’s, is now nearing its final stage. The plan was to use the second world war to push Islam, Judaism, and Christianity into opposing camps and then start world war 3 that would crush all three religions, filling all with disillusionment, and making them ripe for Luciferianism. (See details below.)

The plan will fail, of course, but it is easy to see how the plan is unfolding today. While they try to establish a Luciferian kingdom, God is establishing His own Kingdom. Those who understand prophecy, those who have been able to avoid the errors of Darby and Scofield, will be able to stand in that day with heads held high. Others will be shocked and embarrassed for supporting the forces of antichrist.
Recall the story of Absalom’s revolt against his father, David. This set the pattern for the New Testament conflict during the first advent of Christ. Caiaphas played the part of Absalom; Jesus played the part of David; and Judas played the part of Ahithophel, the betrayer. Well, another round of the same prophecy is looming in relation to the second coming of Christ.
Just as most of the Israelites supported Absalom, so also did the Jews support Caiaphas. Today, it is the Christian Zionists supporting “Absalom” that are the modern Judas company. They are the “friends” of Christ, they are the disciples who, by not understanding the divine plan, end up betraying Christ by supporting the antichrist.
Just as Judas tried to force Jesus to manifest Himself (to save Himself from death on the cross), so also have Christian Zionists pushed the most extreme Zionist policies in order to provoke Armageddon and force the return of Christ to save Jerusalem from destruction. What they do not know is that God has already decreed the destruction of Jerusalem and that He claimed to be leading the armies against Jerusalem (Isaiah 29:2, 3).
If they had not been so blind, they would have known that they are fighting God and not just fighting Arab or Chinese armies. Let us pray that their eyes will be opened so that they may avoid the fate of Ahithophel and Judas.
