View Full Tract ListI received an email from Pastor Fiaz yesterday asking for prayer because his younger sister was in the hospital in critical condition. Today he wrote this:
“I am deeply saddened to share that my beloved younger sister, Anita Anwar, has passed away. This is an extremely painful and difficult time for our family, and our hearts are filled with grief. We kindly request you to remember our family in your prayers, that God may grant us strength, comfort, and peace during this time of loss. May the Lord, who is close to the brokenhearted, surround us with His love and help us endure this sorrow with faith and hope.”
Please be in prayer for them in this sad time.
Meanwhile, two more translated books are now being printed and should be ready by the end of next week. On February 23, Fiaz wrote this:
In the mighty and glorious name of Jesus Christ, greetings of peace to you,
By the grace of the Lord, we are delighted to share the good news that the books "The Two Covenants" and "Haggai" have gone to print. We hope that both books will be in our hands by the first or second week of March. We are also planning to hold a formal book launch ceremony in March, and it will be our effort to invite people from all over Pakistan so that we may share our vision with as many people as possible.
Last week, we were in Sialkot, where we had the opportunity to visit different areas and share with people about the Book of Jonah. People were deeply touched and impressed by this book and the truths presented in it. During this time, we also distributed copies of the Holy Bible among some individuals.
Yesterday, I met with the principal of a seminary where students come from all over Pakistan to study. When I told him about our books, he showed great interest and requested that we teach these books to the students of his seminary as well. God willing, starting next month, I will be teaching our books in some of their classes.
Please remember us in your prayers, that the Lord may continue to expand this ministry and use it for His glory.
