Two weeks ago we saw the red dragon cast down by Michael, as seen in the pattern of Revelation 12:1-11. We then understood that we would see the red dragon continue his warfare as seen in Revelation 12:12-17.
After being warned by God to watch for an attack from the rear, we took heed to the warning in verses 12 and 13,
12 For this reason, rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time. 13 And when the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child.
The emergence of the Chicago Plan in the IMF’s plans is evidence that the red dragon of Babylon has now lost his position in the heavens (spiritual realm). Being cast down to the earth, in this context, indicates that Babylon has lost the mandate of heaven which he had been given in order to bring judgment upon the lawless people who refused to recognize Jesus Christ as their King.
We first appealed to the divine court on November 29, 1993 and saw solid evidence a year later that our request had been granted. However, the Babylonians were not about to give up without a fight, for God hardened their hearts as in the days of Pharaoh, in order to bring judgment upon Babylon. Jeremiah 50:33 prophesies that Babylon, like Pharaoh, would refuse to set the people free at the appointed time,
33 Thus says the Lord of hosts, “The sons of Israel are oppressed, and the sons of Judah as well; and all who took them captive have held them fast, they have refused to let them go.”
For this reason, the prophet says, God will step in and resolve this conflict on behalf of His people. God always took credit for putting His people into captivity on account of their lawlessness. But all judgment is bound by a time limitation, and when that time of slavery ends, the law says that the people are supposed to be set free. But because the captors mistreated their slaves, God seeks to bring judgment against them as well, so He hardens their heart, making them think that they can hold on to their slaves forever. This gives God legal cause to judge those nations.
Both Egypt and Babylon refused to let the people go. And now we see the same with Mystery Babylon. For this reason, God has been fighting for us, as seen in the many spiritual battles over the years, and we expect to see full victory in the end.
Babylon has proven to be both ruthless and resilient in its fight to maintain control of the monetary system of the world. Through its control of money creation, it has maintained political control as well. Its power has continued longer than I would have expected, but if you know how the Kings of the East have patiently worked behind the scenes up to this point, you will understand why it has taken so long. They have wanted to do this without causing World War 3, if at all possible. For that we can be grateful.
Yesterday’s news gave us the sign we were looking for in regard to the red dragon’s continuing fight against the woman. I was only surprised that it happened so close to home, right here in Minneapolis, the “City of Lakes.” Revelation 12:15 says,
15 And the serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood.
Yesterday a three-foot water main broke in downtown Minneapolis, causing a huge flood of 14 million gallons of water cascading down the streets of the city.

We were led last night to pray that God would instruct “the earth” to help us by absorbing the brunt of this “flood.” Revelation 12:16 says,
16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and drank up the river which the dragon poured out of his mouth.
My feeling on this is that this flooding is only the sign of what is happening in the spiritual realm. We do not yet know what that event is, nor do we know how the solution will manifest. However, we are confident that all things are under the Father’s control. After all, He created the earth, and for this reason He can command it to help us in this battle.
If this flood forecasts a war, then I would expect its effects to be limited by both time and location. If it is related to Noah's flood, then perhaps we can see it in a positive light, for I have already taught for many years that Noah's flood prophesied of the flood of the Holy Spirit. It may be that the red dragon's flood of judgment will produce an unintended effect to bring about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit that will cause men to repent of their lawlessness.
