The Dominion Mandate restored in 2014

Yesterday’s weblog ended with the information showing how the US dollar was crowned “king” of the world currencies in July 1944 at the Bretton Woods Convention in New Hampshire.

This next July will mark the 70^th anniversary of that Convention. I believe that this will prove to be one of the most important dates in regard to the modern 70-year captivity attributed to Babylon in Jeremiah 25:11. As usual, there are more than one cycles of 70 years.

In ancient times, Babylon itself was an empire for 70 years (607-537 B.C.).

Jerusalem was in captivity for 70 years (604-534 B.C.)

The Temple was destroyed for 70½ years (Aug. 586 to March 515 B.C.)

Likewise, under modern “Mystery Babylon,” there are a number of 70-year cycles that can be seen, although there some modifications as well:

The people of the Soviet Union were in captivity to the Rothschild system of Communism. It began November 7, 1917 when Lenin took over. The Soviet Revolution Day was celebrated thereafter on November 7 (Gregorian Calendar).

Seventy years later, on November 7, 1987, Soviet President Gorbachev gave a speech before the Supreme Soviet that changed everything and marked the start of the collapse of the whole Soviet Union within three years.

This 70-year captivity of the Russian people was a horrendous “yoke of iron” (Deuteronomy 28:48), which Winston Churchill later called “the iron curtain.” Russia has now been set free and are rebuilding their Christian heritage and culture. More than anyone, President Putin understands the issue and resents the West’s imposition of anti-Christian Communism upon them that drove the nation into the ground.

Yes, Lenin and virtually all of the revolutionaries of that period were sponsored and funded from New York City. In fact, the first 250 commissars of the Soviet Union were imported from the Lower East Side of New York City, including Rabbi Leon Bronstein, who became known as Trotsky.

In recent years the same banksters have paid their henchmen to overthrow Ukraine in an effort to weaken Putin and to retain their grip of power over the West. They installed a banker as the new president of Ukraine.

Much more could be written about Communism, but that would take too much time. The point we are making here is that it was a 70-year captivity from 1917-1987.

The USA, meanwhile, was sentenced in the divine court to a “wooden yoke” captivity, when Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act on Dec. 23, 1913. As a result, the US Treasury went bankrupt in 1933, and the Federal Reserve foreclosed on the US government and its departments. From that point on, they launched their own program of Socialism through President Roosevelt. It was a much milder form than seen in the Soviet Union, and it was hidden from the people—a true “Mystery” (secret, hidden) Babylon.

The educational system began to expel God from the classroom. The Republic was changed to a Democracy. All public buildings became “secularized” to eliminate any influence of biblical law from the judicial system. This took many years to accomplish, of course, since God had been fully ingrained into the previous Republic and into the culture of the nation itself.

Seventy years later (1933-2003) the USA overthrew the old territory of Babylon which is now known as Iraq. Perhaps without realizing it, President Bush set the prophetic pattern for the overthrow of the greater “Babylon,” which is the world banking system itself. We recognized this immediately, and it encouraged us in our Jubilee Prayer Campaign (1993-2006). The overthrow of Iraq gave us solid confirmation that Mystery Babylon itself would be overthrown. In a way, they did it to themselves.

Finally, we are now coming to the 70^th anniversary of the Bretton Woods Convention (1944-2014). This 70-year captivity focuses on King Dollar, which has been used to establish US hegemony over the nations through economic power. The US dollar was crowned as the world currency, the king of currencies. All world trade was to be settled in dollars, because it was backed by a huge volume of gold that Roosevelt had taken from the American people in the foreclosure proceedings in 1933.

The gold backed dollar ended in 1971, but the backing was replaced by oil, creating the petro-dollar in 1973.

The dates of the Bretton Woods Convention (July 1-22, 1944) are of interest to us from a prophetic standpoint, because July is our seventh month, and it is a prophetic type of the Hebrew seventh month.

In other words, July 1 is like the feast of Trumpets (7/1 on the Hebrew calendar).

July 10 is like the Day of Atonement (7/10 on the Hebrew calendar).

July 15-22 is like the Feast of Tabernacles (7/15 to 7/22 on the Hebrew calendar).

So it is extremely interesting to me that the 70^th anniversary of the crowing of King Dollar falls on the prophetic feast days, beginning with Trumpets and ending on the eighth day of Tabernacles. There is a link, then, between July’s dates and the actual Hebrew festivals:

Sept. 25 = Trumpets (like July 1)

Oct. 4 = Day of Atonement (like July 10)

Oct. 9-16 = Feast of Tabernacles (like July 15-22)

So what should we watch for?

We have already seen how the year 2014 is so important in both long-term and short-term prophecy. It appears to be the pivotal year in the overthrow of Mystery Babylon and the end of the entire series of beast empires since God gave the dominion mandate to Babylon in 607 B.C.

According to the law in Leviticus 26:18, if Israel disobeyed persistently without repenting, God said He would punish them “seven times.” No explanation is given about this term, but Daniel 7:25 shows that it is a particular cycle of time. Yet even he does not tell us specifically how long a “time” is. He only speaks of 3½ “times” that were given to the so-called “little horn” that was to rule as an extension of the iron beast of Rome.

It remains for John to define this more fully in Revelation 13, where he quotes from Daniel’s prophecy regarding the “little horn.” In Rev. 13: 5 he says it is “forty-two months,” which is 3½ years.

In long-term prophecy, a day is a year (Ezekiel 4:6). A prophetic month is 30 days, or 30 years. The full 42 months, then, is 1,260 years. I have shown in other studies that this prophesied of the time from 529/534 to 1789/1784, beginning with Justinian’s new legal system and ending with the French Revolution.

Revelation 13:3 prophesies that this “beast” (little horn) would receive a fatal wound, but that the wound would be healed. The French Revolution began to wound the Roman Church by overthrowing its main benefactor and protector (France). The fatal wound was delivered in 1798 when Napoleon took the pope captive, and the Roman Church—as an institution—died.

But Napoleon then wanted to be an emperor and needed someone to crown him after the manner of Charlemagne back in the year 800. So he reinstated the papacy, installed a new pope, and summoned him to crown him emperor. This occurred in 1804. The fatal wound was healed 210 years ago this year.

Then, John says, a new beast, described in banking and financial terms, would arise and co-exist with the first beast until the time of the end. This was the rise of the modern banking system that was virtually invented by the Rothschilds. The “Holy Alliance” established a partnership between the Rothschilds and the Popes. The Rothschilds became the custodians of the Vatican treasury.

For years I wondered how long this partnership would rule the West and dominate the world. In late 2012 it was revealed that the total time frame for the “little horn” to rule was 1480 years, a messianic number. The numeric value of christos (Greek for Christ) is 1480. Christ died on the cross on the 1480^th Passover from Moses. The Church received power on the 1480^th Pentecost since Mount Sinai.

Dating from Justinian (529/534), the full 1480-year cycle ends 2009-2014.

The final 210 years since the deadly wound was healed (1804-2014) is also an important number of “the time of Jacob’s trouble.” Recall that Jacob experienced two times of trouble, each 21 years long. When extended to the nation that came from him, it is 210 years. I have written much about this number over the years. So, if my analysis is correct, the final time of trouble, defined by the (UN)Holy Alliance between these two beasts in Revelation 13, is 210 years.

The 2,520-year judgment of Israel is also completed in 2014. It is actually 2,620 years since the dominion mandate was taken from Judah and given to Babylon (607 B.C.). But the third beast empire (Greece) was deprived of a century of dominion from 163-63 B.C. while Judea was independent. So that century had to be added at the end (1914-2014).

When I began to truly understand the importance of 2014, it occurred to me that Daniel had prophesied that when the last beast’s time had passed, the dominion mandate would be given to the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:21, 22, 26, 27). So I inquired into the records of the divine court to see a more specific date for this transfer of dominion. I was told that the transfer was due on the eighth day of Tabernacles, which is Oct. 16, 2014. For this reason, we know that we are to give voice to the divine decree, bearing witness on earth as it is in heaven, on October 16.

The eighth day of Tabernacles marks the time of the decree, but not necessarily the actual overthrow of Babylon as a world event. Keep in mind that when Babylon received the dominion mandate in 607 B.C., it still took them time to conquer the nations that God had given them. It took three years for them to get to Jerusalem, which they took in 604 B.C. If this same pattern holds true, then we might be seeing a three-year pattern of fulfillment from 2014-2017.

The Bible gives a similar situation in earlier days. Joshua was given the mandate to take the land of Canaan, but it took him five years to conquer the land.

Even so, October 16, 2014 will be a key date in the divine court, which will then begin to spill over into the earth. And who knows? Perhaps we will see an immediate event!

There is a connection between July 22 and October 16 that we should consider. July 22 is the 70^th anniversary of the crowning of King Dollar. It is a type of the eighth day of Tabernacles on October 16. So it is only fitting that October 16 should be the time of the decree to transfer the dominion mandate to the saints of the Most High.
