The Transfer of authority

On October 12, 2014, toward the end of our Tabernacles conference in Minneapolis, we were led to declare the transfer of authority from the beast empires to the saints of the Most High. We understood, of course, that it would be fully applicable on October 16, which was the 8th day of Tabernacles.

Because this was the end of a 21-year prophetic work, dating from our Jubilee Prayer Campaign in November of 1993, I did some calculation to see if the time involved had any significance. The Jubilee Prayer Campaign was actually done in two parts. Part 1 was from Nov. 21-29, 1993. Part 2 was from January 26-30, 1994 and was called "His Fullness Prayer Campaign."

Hence, the real endpoint for that time was January 30, 1994. So I checked to see how many days between these important dates. I found that from January 30, 1994 to October 12, 2014 was 7560 days (or 3 x 2,520).

Yesterday, October 16, 2014, thirteen of us gathered at the Minnesota Supreme Court building in St. Paul to speak the Transfer decree on behalf of the divine court. It was done precisely at 2:52 pm as we were instructed earlier.

The time (2:52) represented the 2,520 years in which the beast empires had been under divine contract to rule the earth, according to the law in Leviticus 26:18. (“Seven times” is 7 x 360 = 2,520 years.) This contract expired October 16, 2014 at 2:52 pm. The divine mandate has now been transferred to the saints of the Most High.

Before walking to the Supreme Court building, we gathered in front of the Capitol building, which was being repaired. The entire front of the building had scaffolding. Just above the Capitol, we saw a cross in the sky.

Our feet were anointed in front of the Capitol, signifying the Holy Spirit's control over our walk with God as we enter into this new calling.

As the time approached, we walked across the street to the Supreme Court building, where we made a simple decree.

We recorded the decree and then transcribed it as follows:

"Father, we come before Your Divine Court in the Name of Jesus, and under His blood.

Father, we thank You for Your word, Your revelation.  We thank You for all things You are doing in the earth.  Thank You for Your promises, and thank You for backing us up in this.  We issue the decree before this Supreme Court.  We issue it on behalf of the Divine Court; that the transfer of authority has now taken place by the word of God.  The transfer has gone from the beast kingdoms to the Saints of the Most High.  Thank You Father for doing this and we look forward to all the good stuff that's going to happen from now on.  [Amen by all.]

So lets part the Red Sea here.  Make a way, Father, for Your people to leave the system of bondage and come into Your Kingdom; Your revelation at Sinai and the Kingdom that is to come.  Thank You Father for doing this.  In Jesus Name.  [Amen by all.]

We accept and agree to cross over.

We then walked down the mall to the Veterans building, where we rang the Liberty Bell thirteen times.

This is the same bell that we rang on July 14, 2012.

This appears to be the only Liberty Bell in America that has no crack in it. It is modeled after the original Liberty Bell in Philadelphia, only without the large crack that was caused by faulty material that made the bell too brittle. The crack symbolizes a fault in the “liberty” which Americans are supposed to enjoy.

The bell in St. Paul, however, was built without a crack in it, representing true liberty that comes from the Jubilee. Like all of these bells, it is inscribed with the law of Jubilee found in Leviticus 25:10, “Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof.”

Ringing the perfectly crafted Liberty Bell represented a proclamation of liberty by the law of Jubilee, by which the sons of God are called to set all of creation free (Romans 8:21). The beast nations were responsible to proclaim and institute this liberty, since they had received the divine authority to rule. However, they failed to do this and will be held accountable for this failure in the next few years.

The sons of God (overcomers) are now given that same responsibility, which comes with the authority of the dominion mandate.

This responsibility is something that we recognized in 1993 when we engaged in the Jubilee Prayer Campaign. At that time we petitioned the divine court to receive this dominion mandate and stated our intention to fulfill its responsibility, where all other fleshly nations had failed.

So this is not a new concept. We have known about it for at least 21 years. While we knew in 1993 that we had won our case before the divine court, it is only now that we have actually received the full authority that we requested.

We then walked back to the cars, walking along the avenue. It was a beautiful warm day.
