We are back from a wonderful ministry trip to Holland. We arrived home yesterday afternoon and went to bed at 8 pm local time, or 3 a.m. Holland time.
I will try to give a complete report later (with pictures). I also still hope to give a New Zealand report from last March, but so far I have not had time to do this. Perhaps I will succeed shortly, once I am able to catch up on the backlog of work and emails.
Earlier, I had assumed that May 3 was the date of the wave-sheaf offering for the 2nd Passover, but in looking at it more carefully, I see that May 3 is the 14th day of the second month, and May 4 is the 15th day (Passover itself). So that means Sunday, May 10 is the actual date for the second wave-sheaf offering.
May 4 Seen as a Turning Point
It appears that yesterday, May 4, was a major turning point (or the start of some sort of countdown) toward the world-wide outpouring of the Spirit that is coming. An email was sent to me the same day:
By the way, did you notice what happened in the Spirit this morning? A powerful anointing swept forth like a mighty tsunami over the earth setting creation free! I watched as waves and waves of the Spirit swept the earth breaking every yoke, every chain, every fetter, every bondage. Awesome! Talk about unbounded liberty! And this is not futuristic but for the now.
This was revealed to my friend Anthony, and sent by email to me on May 4. I myself saw an independent confirming sign on the same day of a new direction as well. It seems that our return from Holland yesterday coincides with this revelation and confirmation.
Perhaps the main revelation from the Holland trip was from Matthew 4:12-17.
12 Now when He heard that John had been taken into custody, He withdrew into Galilee; 13 and leaving Nazareth, He came and settled in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali. 14 This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying,
15 “The Land of Zebulon and the land of Naphtali, by the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles [Nations]—16 the people who were sitting in darkness saw a great light, and to those who were sitting in the land and shadow of death, upon them a light dawned.”
17 From that time Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
This prophecy is from Isaiah 9:2, 3, and it comes just before the prophet tells us of the breaking of the yoke of bondage (Isaiah 9:4, 5) and setting up the government of Christ (Isaiah 9:6, 7).
It seems to me that this may apply to us today. We were led to read these passages in our final meeting in Holland on Sunday afternoon. As I have written before, Holland is the modern fulfillment of Zebulun, and so there is a special application of this prophecy to Holland. Isaiah’s prophecy was only fulfilled partially in Jesus’ time, because by that time the actual tribes of Zebulun and Naphtali were not present. They had already been deported to Assyria eight centuries earlier as part of the so-called “lost tribes” of Israel (2 Kings 15:29). So we are seeing a second fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy in the modern nations where those tribes emigrated from the land of their captivity.
Holland is a great country, but its laws are morally bankrupt with legalized prostitution and drugs and other forms of “darkness,” as Isaiah says. In the mist of the “shadow of death” there is a great light that is coming to Holland, and I believe the light of the Kingdom of God will enter Europe through Holland.
Perhaps that is why there is such a strong group of Kingdom-minded believers there who understand the Restoration of All Things. Much of this strength comes through our friend Remmer, who has been translating my books and weblogs into Dutch. There are now 12 books translated into Dutch.

This has made it easier for the people to read and comprehend. The children learn English in school, and so most of the people speak some English, but it is still better to read in their own language. There are many Dutch words which are similar to English in pronunciation, differing mainly in spelling. Dutch seems to be somewhere in between English and German.
I did a teaching some years ago at a conference in Dallas, showing how the first 14 chapters of Isaiah represented the first 14 books of the Bible. Notice that Isaiah 9 is about the beginnings of divine government as well as a prophecy about Zebulun (Holland).
Isaiah 1 = Genesis (The problem of sin)
Isaiah 2 = Exodus (The Mountain of God)
Isaiah 3 = Leviticus (Sin made manifest and atoned)
Isaiah 4 = Numbers (In a wilderness)
Isaiah 5 = Deuteronomy (Preparing for Canaan)
Isaiah 6 = Joshua (The call)
Isaiah 7 = Judges (Christ and the remnant)
Isaiah 8 = Ruth (The birth of Immanuel)
Isaiah 9 = 1 Samuel (Beginnings of Divine Government)
Isaiah 10 = 2 Samuel (Kingdom wars)
Isaiah 11 = 1 Kings (Kingdom of peace)
Isaiah 12 = 2 Kings (The promise of salvation of all; Elisha = “My God is salvation”)
Isaiah 13 = 1 Chronicles (David subdues nations; overthrow of Babylon)
Isaiah 14 = 2 Chronicles (Restoration and Reconciliation)
The next chapters of Isaiah are prophecies (oracles given to various nations). These chapters represent the prophets in general.
The Tribe of Naphtali
Isaiah’s prophecy linked Zebulun with Naphtali, so we may also see more “light” come. Naphtali seems to be linked to Sweden and Norway, since those nations were settled by the Ephthalites, or Nephthalites. Modern historians refer to them as the “White Huns,” who left Assyria and Scythia moving westward some time before 450 A.D. One site says this about Naphtali:
“The Israelite Tribe of Naphtali therefore became the Naphtali-Huns (or Hephtalitesas they are also called) who together with the Dani [Tribe of Dan] were once in east Scythia. From east Scythia the Naphtali migrated to Norway and the Danes to Denmark. This was proven by Scandinavian tradition, by tracing names, by demographic considerations, and by archaeological finds. The sons of Naphtali were Jahzeel, Guni, Jezer, and Shillem and these appellations are reminiscent of Scandinavian place and ethnic names such as Zealand, Egan, Vraesan, and Sillund.” (Davidy, The Tribes, p.240, emphasis added).
The Greek traveler Pytheas from Massilia (Marseille) traveled along the coast of what is now known as Norway perhaps as far north as Bodo around 330 BC, and he called that land “Thule,” which Norse scholars like Ottar Groenvik understands as “the land of the Thuls” or “the Thul land.” Norway was known as Thule. P. Senstius (1931) once suggested that Thule is a shortened form of Nafthali. The above note says that not only Norway but also the people of Norway were called Thuls and that this word means Speaker. Naphtali is known for his “goodly words.” ….
We read in the history of the Vikings who consisted of the Norwegians, the Danes, and the Swedes, though they were of different tribes, all were called “Vikings.” This is due to the fact that they would go on expeditions. There is an interesting verse in the Bible in the book of Judges, “Why did Dan remain in ships? Asher continued on the sea shore, and abode in his breaches” (Judges 5:17).
The word rendered “breaches” in the Authorized KJV is translated from the Hebrew “miphrâts” (Strong’s no. 4664), meaning “a break (as Kragh notes) (in the shore), i.e. a haven”. In unauthorized English translations, the word is also rendered “bays, creeks”, etc.
A breach and a break in the shore would have much of the same meaning, it is called “vik/vig” in Nordic languages from which we get the word "Viking." (See A History of the Vikings By T. D. Kendric, p.2 footnote). VIK is how the Hebrew word Miphrats (breach) is translated in the Swedish Authorized Version (authorized by Gustav-V, King of Sweden) of 1917 (Judges 5:17). From “vik” we obtain the word Viking.
The word “vik” (plural) is thus used in the Swedish Authorized Version (authorized by Gustav V king of Sweden) of 1917: “Och Dan – varför dröjer han ännu vid skeppen? Aser satt kvar vid havets strand, vid sina vikar stannade han.” (Judges 5:17).
The word “vig” (plural) is also used in the Danish Authorized Version (authorized by Christian X king of Denmark) of 1931: “Dan, hvi søgte han fremmed hyre? Aser sad stille ved havets strand; han blev ved sine vige.” (Judges 5:17). There can thus be found Israelite “Vikings” in the book of Judges. Since we see Dan and Naphtali migrating together eventually the word Viking would apply to all of them, the Danes the Swedes and the Norwegians.

From this, it seems that we should watch Holland, Sweden, and Norway for signs of the light coming to the North parts. I don’t know if it is significant or not, but my mother’s heritage was Swedish. Her mother, (my grandmother) came to America in the early 1900’s when she was 16 years old.
Jonah is from Wales
My father’s side was Welsh and Swiss. Coming from Wales, that side of the family seems to have a humorous connection with whales. Since Jones is also Jonas (Greek) or Jonah (Hebrew), it appears that Jonah comes from whales. And since the prophet Jonah himself came from a town in Zebulun, I have found myself following a similar pattern, but in reverse.
The original Pilgrims came to America from Holland-Zebulun, and this seems to indicate that America in some way is Nineveh, Fish City. Of course, we have our own Nineveh, but we call it New Orleans. Recall during Hurricane Katrina in 2005, President Bush called New Orleans “the great city” (Jonah 1:2). Both New Orleans and a third of The Netherlands (Holland) is below sea level and in need of dikes and windmills to pump out the water into the rivers.
So my trip to Holland seems to be like a reverse Jonah pattern, as if travelling from Nineveh back to Zebulun. If so, we could view this as a continuation of the book of Jonah in our time.
Maybe this can be connected to the great light coming to Zebulun. Even as Jesus went to the land of Zebulun to begin His ministry, so also would Jonah, the type of Christ, have returned to Zebulun from Nineveh many years earlier.
At any rate, there are enough early signs and revelations to cause us to be watchful in the years ahead. We are to watch for the light of the Word to spread into the world as a whole, but more specifically, I believe we should watch Holland and even Scandinavia as entry points into Europe.
This is all part of the broader revelation of timing, where we see the beginning of Kingdom Government being formed, now that the authority has been given to the saints of the Most High (Oct. 16, 2014) and the coronation of the overcomers has occurred (April 5, 2015).
