The “European spring” is a term derived from the “Arab spring” that began in 2011, which fulfilled General Wesley Clark’s warning of the Pentagon’s decision to overthrow seven Mideast governments in five years. The Arab spring was anything but a grassroots uprising against oppressive dictators. It was the US policy of “influencing elections” with extreme prejudice according to its doctrine of “US Exceptionalism" that was first stated openly by President Obama.
The Yellow Vest revolution going on in France at the present time is now being viewed as a “new European spring,” although it is doubtful if the US is playing an active role in that. Certainly, General Clark knew nothing of such a “spring” spreading to Europe, other than the fact that purpose of the Arab spring was meant to disrupt the Mideast and cause many to immigrate into Europe and America.
It appears that the European spring is more of a backlash against the Deep State in an attempt to remove the shackles that the Rothschild bankers have put upon the French and upon Europe as a whole. Today, the Yellow Vests are calling for a bank run, asking everyone to take their money out of the banks in order to cause a collapse of the Rothschild banks and force Macron to resign.

Yellow Vest protesters are hoping to trigger a bank run with a nationwide coordinated cash withdrawal. By threatening the French financial system, protesters say, they want to peacefully force the government to pass their reforms.
