Christchurch has once again made the news. A few years ago, on September 4, 2010, it was hit with a large earthquake, and the devastation was greatly increased because the city was built upon sand and gravel. I wrote about it here:
At the time, we saw this as a sign that the Church had failed to take heed of Christ’s warning about building a house on sand (Matthew 7:26, 27). The contrast is between sand and rock. Building a house on the rock is to build it upon Christ’s words (Matthew 7:24). Sand represents the traditions of men.
Today Christchurch was the scene of a massacre at a mosque that has killed 49 people at the latest count. Once again, it reveals the heart of the Church as a whole, though of course, most Christians are horrified by this shooting.
I am reminded, however, of the story of King Saul, who was a carnally-minded king who tried to fight the Philistines. The Philistines allegorically represent the carnal mind or carnally-minded unbelievers. Jesus said that Satan cannot cast out Satan. Neither can the carnal mind cast out the carnal mind. In the end, the Philistines killed Saul.
So this Christchurch massacre, I believe, reveals how the carnal Church attempts to solve the “Philistine” problem with carnal weapons, rather than with the sword of the Spirit. Not that the shooter himself was a Christian. Apparently, to show his disrespect, he even refused to capitalize the word “god.” It is the location of the shooting—not the shooter himself—that reveals the heart of the Church.
Here is an article where the shooter reveals his own intentions for committing this murder.
The New Zealand shooter’s manifesto, which will not be linked to here, is a mix of avowed white supremacist sentiment and suggested tactics to fellow extremists — including his declared intention to exploit racial, cultural, and political divisions in the U.S….
At three points in his manifesto, the shooter also states his intention to spark a civil war in the United States by triggering crackdowns on the Second Amendment. In his laundry list of motivations, the shooter spends the most amount of time discussing this goal, which he believes will ultimately lead to a “fracturing” of the U.S. along “cultural and racial lines.”
As he describes it, his attack will “Create conflict between the two ideologies within the United States on the ownership of firearms in order to further the social, cultural, political, and racial divide within the United States.”
“This conflict over the 2nd amendment and the attempted removal of firearms rights will eventually result in a civil war that will Balkanize the U.S. along political, cultural, and most importantly racial lines.”
Elsewhere in the manifesto, the shooter predicts that his attack will lead to “calls for the removal of gun rights from whites in the United States… that is the plan all along.”
While the shooter lists a number of highly lethal methods he might have used to carry out the act of terrorism, he states that he chose firearms “for the effect it would have on social discourse, the extra media coverage they would provide and the effect it would have on the politics of the United States and thereby the political situation of the world.”
“With enough pressure the left wing within the United States will seek to abolish the second amendment, and the right wing within the U.S. will see this as an attack on their very freedom and liberty. The attempted abolishment of rights by the left will result in a dramatic polarization of the people in the United States and eventually a fracturing of the U.S. along cultural and racial lines.”
It is clear, then, that the shooter had the USA in mind, hoping to polarize the people and to spark an all-out civil war based on racial divides. The timing of this makes me suspicious, as we have been watching for a “false flag” event that would make it more difficult for the Justice Department to prosecute the Deep State’s pedophiles, human traffickers, and seditionists.
Recall that at sundown on March 9, we met at the flag pole overlooking Russell, on the north island of New Zealand, to cleanse the land of innocent blood. From a spiritual standpoint, it appears that this massacre is the enemy’s answer, another attempt to pollute the land with innocent blood in order to retain their right to rule. This desperate attempt to retain power will not stand, however, as God’s people now know how to deal with such blood pollution.
