We are now nearing the end of the first 76-day cleansing cycle for the new Prophetic Year.
This Prophetic Year began November 14, 2019 and the first cleansing phase will end January 29, 2020. We will then enter a second cleansing cycle from January 29 to April 13/14.
We need at least two endpoints to confirm any particular theme. So it is too early to know for sure the direction that the coming year will take. Yet we have other indicators, such as the fact that 20/20 has to do with clear vision or spiritual insight or perhaps the Great Awakening.
More broadly speaking, it also includes the idea of resurrection, opening the eyes. I am seeing events in my own life on a personal level as well, but I will probably not be able to tell you of those things. I can say, however, that these things appear to confirm the resurrection theme that goes back to 1982-1983. The year previous to that (1981-1982) was a death theme; and this was followed by a resurrection theme on the same dates a year later in 1982-1983.
It appears that now I am coming out of a long wilderness cycle after 38 years. It runs parallel to the Israelites who had to remain another 38 years in the wilderness after refusing to enter the Promised Land at Kadesh-barnea. (See Deuteronomy 2:14).
The 76-day cleansing cycles since that time were based on the original prayer campaign of the Net of Prayer, dating November 12, 1981 to January 27, 1982. Of course, I did not know what was going on at the time; it took many years to piece it all together. Each year the Prophetic Year has a different starting point shortly after the eighth day of Tabernacles. In 1981 and again in 1982 the cleansing cycles began on November 12 and again on January 27. They ended on April 12 as well.
The current cycle began two days later (November 14) and will end January 29, my 70th birthday. Wow, am I really that old? Tie an anchor on Father Time’s leg, please.
On the other hand, I see 70 as a Restoration number. Adam died at the age of 930, which was 70 years short of the glory of God (1000). It took another 70 years to make up the difference.
There are also 70 nations listed in Genesis 10, which came from the sons of Noah. So 70 has to do with the restoration of all things, all nations. Hence, God made the New Covenant with Abraham when he was 70 years old to be a blessing to all nations.
430 years later (Galatians 4:17) God made the Old Covenant with Israel through Moses.
By tracing the genealogies, we find that Isaac, Abraham’s “seed,” was born 30 years after God’s covenant was made with Abraham, and 400 years later the Israelites were delivered from Egypt (Genesis 15:13). I traced all of this in my book, Secrets of Time.
Anyway, 70 is a significant number, so am looking forward to a new beginning personally. Since my own calling has to do with the restoration of all things, I am quite sure that this will be the start of something—a new life, you might say. It’s about time I get to fulfill my calling! If so, it could affect quite a few other people as well.
