To understand more fully how we were led to Denver in 2005 for our Tabernacles conference, you need a brief background.
The Search for the Inheritance
On Ascension Day of the previous year, May 20, 2004, Vanita was led to go to Denver and drive up the mountains from Idaho Springs up the Fall River to look for her father’s inheritance (a gold mine) that he had lost back in the 1960’s. Vanita had lived there as a child. Her father had been forced to sell it at a loss, because he did not have the money to develop the mine.
The prophetic significance of this trip is that it had to do with receiving the inheritance that was lost in the “fall” (of Adam). The garden of Eden also contained gold. Genesis 2:10-12 says,
10 Now a river flowed out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it divided and became four rivers. 11 The name of the first is Pishon; it flows around the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold. 12 The gold of that land is good….
Eden was the original Kingdom of God, though its territory was yet limited to a certain portion of the earth. The Kingdom was supposed to expand as the sons of God increased through the Fruitfulness Mandate.
The inheritance is gold, signifying the divine nature. Recall that some vessels in the tabernacle were made of wood overlaid with gold. Speaking of Jesus, this signifies humanity (wood) overlaid with gold (divine nature). This is also our inheritance, and the revelation of the feast days shows us the three-step process by which this takes place in us.
Vanita searched for her inheritance (gold) on Ascension Day in 2004, because obviously, putting on the divine nature has to do with ascension. The Greek word harpazo, as used in Revelation 12:5, describes ascension, not the “rapture” as described in the Church today. It has to do with ascending to the throne, the place of spiritual authority, which likewise cannot be achieved without putting on the divine nature.
Vanita was unable to locate the gold mine itself in 2004, so in one sense the work she did at the time was incomplete. She had then been led to go to the Denver Mint to purchase 5 gold coins. But when she got there, the store at the Mint was all out of gold coins. (The Denver mint only produces coins for circulation; other mints produce the gold coins which are sold to collectors.) Thus again, it seemed that the work was incomplete in 2004.
Inheriting the Nations
Earlier in the year, after our Father revealed Denver to be the place where we were to have our conference, I realized that Sept. 22, 2005 was precisely 490 days after Ascension Day in 2004. Then the group coming from Sacramento asked me to meet with them on Sept. 22 for their quarterly meeting, which they were going to hold in Denver, the day before our conference began. I thought this was significant, because it marked a very important time cycle, like a celebration of Ascension.
But there was also another way of looking at this time cycle. Sept. 21 was the 490th day from Ascension Day, reckoning the days inclusively. Thus, BOTH days were important. I had already made an arrangement with Joshua to meet him a day early in Denver. For this reason, we arrived there on the evening of Sept. 20, so that we could fellowship on the 21st.
If I had not made these arrangements prior to the conference, I would have been home the evening of the 21st when the big cottonwood tree fell on our house. If I had been home, I might have had to miss the conference! So the prior arrangements were God’s way of getting me out of the house a few days early.
When we arrived in Denver, I found that my friend Joshua had been led by the Holy Spirit to take me to the Denver Mint to purchase the coins that Vanita had been unable to purchase 490 days earlier. As we drove to the Mint, it occurred to me that we were like Caleb and Joshua. Caleb was the spy representing the tribe of Judah; Joshua was the spy representing the tribe of Ephraim.
These were the two leading tribes in Israel. One had the scepter, and the other the birthright. Thus, in going to the Mint, we were going to receive the inheritance that had been lost at the fall—the divine nature. We were also to inherit the nations according to Psalm 2:8,
8 Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as your inheritance, and the very ends of the earth as your possession.
“The nations” are lumped together under the headship of their end-time capital, which Isaiah 14:4 KJV calls “the golden city.” It is the carnal rival and counterfeit of the New Jerusalem, which is described in Revelation 21:18, saying, “the city was pure gold.”
Joshua was representing Yeshua, of course, and I was representing Caleb, the man best known for receiving his inheritance in Joshua 14:6-15. Verses 12-14 are the key verses:
12 Now then, give me this hill country about which the Lord spoke on that day, for you heard on that day that Anakim were there, with great fortified cities; perhaps the Lord will be with me, and I shall drive them out as the Lord has spoken. 13 So Joshua blessed him, and gave Hebron to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for an inheritance. 14 Therefore, Hebron became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite until this day, because he followed the Lord God of Israel fully.
We went to the Mint’s gift shop to purchase the coins. But again, the Denver Mint was short of coins. They only had four of the 1/10 oz. gold coins that we wanted. The only way to get the fifth coin was to purchase it in a set of four, which included one 1/10 oz. coin, one ¼ oz. coin, one ½ oz. coin, and one full oz. coin. Joshua felt compelled to purchase this complete set, along with the four singles, making a total of five 1/10 oz. coins and three more—a total of eight gold coins.
I was not too surprised when he gave me the five coins (1/10 oz.), because of the prophetic significance of Joshua giving Caleb an inheritance. But I WAS surprised when he felt compelled to give me ALL eight of them. Five is the number of grace, but the number eight signifies a new beginning.
The Sons’ Inheritance
I did not know what the Father was doing in this until a few days later. Vanita had come to the conference and gave me seven old keys to distribute among the “Sons of God.” She had brought them to the conference, not realizing that the walls of the hotel were decorated with many pictures of keys—even in our meeting room. This too was part of the overall revelation at the conference.
The last morning of the conference, as I was waking up, the Lord finally showed me that I was to distribute the gold pieces and the keys to seven men—representatives of the sons of God. This was to signify their receiving the inheritance (gold) and the “key of David.” Isaiah 22:22, 23 says,
22 Then I will set the key of the house of David on his shoulder; when he opens, no one will shut, when he shuts, no one will open. 23 I will drive him like a peg in a firm place, and he will become a throne of glory to his father’s house.
This passage is quoted in Revelation 3:7, 8, where the prophecy is of Christ using the key of David to open the door for the overcomers in the Church of Philadelphia.
7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: He who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says this: 8 I know your deeds. Behold, I have put before you an open door which no one can shut, because you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name.
The key of David had been taken away from Shebna (“growth, prosperity”, i.e., the Babylonian tree of Daniel 4:11). It was given to Eliakim (“whom God sets up”). This was the key to the treasury of the house of David, given to the “steward” (Isaiah 22:15) or “treasurer” (KJV).
And so, on the last day of the conference toward the end of the day, I called six men from the audience to stand with me (the seventh). I gave them each a key to signify that the Sons of God were being given the key of David, replacing Babylon’s treasurers. Along with this, I gave them each a gold piece as a portion of the inheritance from the treasury of the house of David.
This all has to do with being good stewards, and instead of hoarding the “gold” (the blessings of Christ), we are to freely give as He leads us.
The Daughters’ Inheritance
I was then led to give Vanita the half-ounce gold piece, because this is five-tenths in one, signifying grace. She represented the “daughters” company seeking their inheritance. In Numbers 27:1-4 we find that Zelophehad, a man from the tribe of Manasseh, had died having five daughters but no sons. So the daughters asked Moses for a land inheritance in the 144th chapter of the Bible.
Moses asked God for a Supreme Court ruling on this (Numbers 27:5), since the law up to that time had not specified what to do in such a case. Under normal circumstances, the oldest son would receive the father’s inheritance. The ruling is given in Numbers 27:6, 7,
6 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 7 The daughters of Zelophehad are right in their statements. You shall surely give them a hereditary possession among their father’s brothers, and you shall transfer the inheritance of their father to them.
Later, in the 153rd chapter of the Bible, this inheritance law is explained in Numbers 36:6, 9,
6 This is what the Lord has commanded concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, “Let them marry whom they wish; only they must marry within the family of the tribe of their father…” 9 Thus no inheritance shall be transferred from one tribe to another tribe, for the tribes of the sons of Israel shall each hold to his own inheritance.
In the 204th chapter of the Bible, Joshua 17:3, 4, they received their inheritance,
3 However, Zelophehad… had no sons, only daughters… 4 They came near before Eleazar the priest and before Joshua the son of Nun and before the leaders, saying, “The Lord commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brothers.” So according to the command of the Lord he gave them an inheritance among their father’s brothers.
The number 204 is a messianic number in the Great Pyramid of Gizeh, which Isaiah 19:19 calls “an altar to the Lord.” I wrote about this here:
https://godskingdom.org/blog/2020/06/isaiah-prophet-of-salvation-book-3-part-28
The Pyramid has 203 layers of stone but is missing the capstone, which would be the 204th layer. The capstone would not fit on the top, and so it was rejected, as we read in Psalm 118:22, 23,
22 The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone. 23 This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.
Hence, 204 is a number associated with Jesus Christ, “the chief corner stone,” and this is confirmed in Ephesians 2:20.
The story of the daughters of Zelophehad shows us the principle of biblical law that the inheritance given to the sons of God is not meant to be gender specific. The same law also applied to the daughters of Zelophehad, who were given an inheritance. Paul recognized this in Galatians 3:28,
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
Under Joshua, the tribes of Israel were given a land inheritance. Our “land” is the glorified body. If we trace it back to Eden, we see that it was not only land, but also associated with gold (divine nature). Psalm 2:8 prophesies that we are to receive the nations as our inheritance. This inheritance is the blessing that Abraham’s children were to dispense to the nations after causing them to turn from their wicked ways (Acts 3:25, 26).
All of this reaches its culmination in the New Testament, where we find that Christ Himself is the Prime Inheritor of the nations. Quoting Psalm 8:6, Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:27, 28 that the plan will end in the restoration of all things, when all things are put under the feet of Christ and when God is “all in all.”
This was one of the revelations that God proclaimed at the Tabernacles conference in Denver in 2005. It was an important revelation to the house of Joseph, which (like Joshua the Ephraimite) was charged with overseeing the inheritances given to the tribes and families of Israel. In order to dispense the inheritances according to the mind of God, it is necessary to know the principle of “neither male nor female.” This was not Paul’s innovation but was rather his revelation that was based in the law of Moses itself.
