We arrived home safely last evening. It will take awhile to catch up on the work. Please be patient. I’m not sure that I will be able to catch up on the emails.
Diesel Shortages Coming to the East Coast
Some years ago, the US government decided that transporting fuel from the West and Midwest to the east coast was too expensive. So they made a deal to import cheaper fuel from Russia. Then came the sanctions, and suddenly not only Europe but our own east coast began to run short of fuel.
The latest, most serious shortage is diesel fuel, which is now threatening to shut down trucking on the east coast from North Carolina to New York. This is mainly because we are shipping our fuel supplies to Europe in the attempt to keep them from breaking the sanctions. Already, many fuel stations have simply shut down. It may take a few months before higher-priced diesel can be shipped from the West coast. When it arrives, expect it to cost much more than before.
Most of us do not use diesel, of course, but unfortunately, regular fuel is transported to the filling stations on trucks that run on diesel. The same goes for food heading to grocery stores. And Walmart. The problems can affect nearly everything that we buy at the stores. So be ready.
Redemption at Babylon’s Estate Sale
God has said that we are no longer to watch for the fall of Babylon. Babylon has already fallen. Our new job is to redeem those parts of Babylon that are useful. In other words, we are to pick up the pieces that are useful in the Kingdom. Recall that Jericho is an Old Testament type of Mystery Babylon. Joshua was instructed to put all the gold, silver, bronze, and iron into the treasury of the Lord. That is an example of redemption, but this is only the start.
Russia’s Huge Trade Surplus
Meanwhile, Russia is well on its way to establishing a gold standard for its currency. They did this in response to the US theft of Russia’s bank assets—one of the largest heists in world history. Russia responded in a very positive way by backing its ruble with gold.
The US-European sanctions blocked all Russian trade in euros and dollars in hopes of shutting off oil and gas supplies to Europe and America. The problem is that Europe needs Russian oil and gas far more than Russia needs the sale. Oil and gas are simply being diverted to new markets in China and India, ensuring no shortages in those countries.
Russia then demanded rubles for oil and gas sales to Europe. Somehow, their wise men failed to see that coming. They went into a tizzy and blamed Russia for trying to get around the sanctions. They sound like grade school children who blame others for the consequences of their own actions. The West seems to expect Russia to give them free oil and gas, because the West is no longer allowed to pay for it in dollars or euros!
The stupidity of our leaders is downright embarrassing. The sanctions have backfired. Western companies can’t sell their goods to Russians anymore, so Russia has more money than it knows what to do with. Because the prices of oil and gas have skyrocketed, Russia is now awash with cash. They can even offer a $25/barrel discount to “friendly” nations and still make far more profit than before the sanctions. The West has really shot itself in the foot.
Before the Ukraine war, it took 80 rubles to equal 1 dollar. When the sanctions were imposed, the ruble dropped to 150:1. Westerners assumed that Russia's economy would collapse. They did not understand the effect that the sanctions would have. They assumed it would hurt Russia, but in just a month, things turned completely around, and the exchange rate is now 65 rubles to the dollar.

In other words, the ruble is now stronger than it was before the sanctions were imposed! In fact, the ruble is now the best-performing currency in the world.
The utter failure of the sanctions is largely being hidden by western propaganda, but the evidence speaks for itself. Unlike in Europe and America, Russia will have no oil shortage, no gas shortage, no food shortage. As the world is now discovering, Biden has sanctioned Europe and America, and we are now beginning to suffer the consequences of his ill-advised actions. Biden blames Putin, but the fact is, Putin has not imposed any sanctions on Europe or America.
To make matters worse, Ukraine recently cut off the gas supply being piped from Russia to Europe. It seems Ukraine decided to impose its own sanctions against Europe. That pipeline had been supplying a third of Europe’s imports of Russian gas. If this continues, Europe’s business will soon be shut down as soon as their supplies run out.
Is this really a war against Germany? Is the German economy too strong and dominant? Did the US government want to weaken Germany in order to strengthen the US economy? I do not know if this is a deliberate policy to destroy Germany’s economy, or if it is just the inevitable result of old-fashioned stupidity.
The Ukraine War
Most of the Western news about Ukraine comes from Kiev, which in the midst of a propaganda war. To take their news seriously is quite absurd. By their accounts, Ukraine is winning the war, even while Russian troops continue to take more territory. Last month Ukraine made a deal with Russia through representatives in Turkey, but then the US and Britain forced Ukraine to withdraw from that agreement and continue the war.
The stated US policy is to weaken Russia, using Ukrainian soldiers, as set forth in the Wolfowitz Doctrine and the Brzezinski Doctrine (i.e., the neocons running the Biden administration). It’s easy for us to send foreign troops to their death, but totally immoral. Russia is going slow because it does not want to destroy the country. The problem is Ukrainian troops are entrenched in the cities, essentially using the people as human shields.
In Russia, Putin is considered a dove, not a hawk. If Putin is overthrown, it will be because he does not want to use brute force that would destroy Ukraine and kill many of the people. There are others who criticize Putin for his restrained policy of war. Many want to end the war quickly by unrestrained war tactics. So far Putin has managed to fend off his critics because his overall approval rating in Russia is 80 percent.
Most of the Russian people now believe that the West wants to break up Russia into smaller nations so that the US remains the only super-power and so that Western oligarchs can steal Russia’s natural resources. The Wolfowitz Doctrine emerged in 1992 after the fall of the Soviet Union. When Russia arose out of the ashes of the Soviet Union, it was smaller and weaker, and America’s oligarchs were determined to break it up further.

Hence, US policy says that Russia is a perpetual enemy, due to its land resources. This is a clear case of jealousy and covetousness. Unfortunately, ordinary people suffer the consequences of corporate greed and the oligarch’s lust for power. Most Americans know little or nothing about the true motives that drive America’s political establishment. They tend to believe what the government-controlled media says—and then they suffer the consequences.
The Kings from the East
To me, this is all part of Babylonian policy that is now crumbling in answer to our prayers. God has raised up Russia to overthrow the Rothschild banking system and to re-establish a gold standard. Russia is one of “the kings from the east” (Revelation 16:12), which the angel of God has released in our day. In ancient times, these kings were Media and Persia. Now it is Russia and China.
Most prophecy teachers do not understand history well enough to interpret the book of Revelation properly. They tend to think that the kings from the east are coming to invade the Israeli state, so they think these “kings” are opposing God and His plan. But King Cyrus of Persia and Darius the Mede were raised up by God to overthrow Babylon. The same is true with the modern kings from the east. It is not our place to oppose them as they fulfill their divine calling, lest we find ourselves opposed to God Himself.
This does not mean that we must endorse everything they do. Keep in mind that they remain largely ignorant of the divine plan. Russia is Orthodox Christian; China is officially atheist. But God is sovereign and finds both of these nations useful in overthrowing Babylon. When the dust settles, God’s Kingdom will emerge, as this is the fifth (stone) kingdom prophesied in Daniel 7.
From Teaching to Implementing Truth
In past decades, my mandate has been to teach truth. In 1993 I was led to conduct spiritual warfare. I called it “Applied Bible Study.” Learning truth is a never-ending course, but at some point we need to put into practice that which we have learned. Some did not like this; others joined the prayer campaigns.
These prayer campaigns moved from one phase to another over the years. The enemies of God monitored our progress and even opposed us in the spirit.
Then on March 1, 2022 something changed. God spoke to Bradley, telling him that a particular act of faith that a few of us did on March 1st transitioned us from teaching to “implementation.” This shook the spiritual world and brought more intense (but futile) attacks upon us. So we appreciate your prayers on our behalf. One can chase a thousand, but two can put 10,000 to flight (Deuteronomy 32:30). So what can we do when thousands of you support us in prayer?
Furthermore, there are other ministries that do their part in whatever manner they are called. So the battle has been won; God’s Kingdom is victorious; a new era of reconstruction is beginning. It is a big job and will not be completed overnight. Babylon is still collapsing, and we will still have to go through some hard times and shortages. All that we have learned in past years, including the growth of faith, will be most useful in these days. But it is good to know that our main focus has now shifted to the positive side of rebuilding.
