The next six weeks

After the breakaway republics east of Ukraine overwhelmingly voted in a referendum to become part of Russia, they were formally annexed yesterday, September 30. President Putin then gave a speech in which he formally declared that Russia was breaking away from Europe and its immoral and anti-religious culture. He even called the European leaders “Satanists.”

In a more long-term view from the spiritual side, I recall that in April 1986, while I was part of the Net of Prayer, we held a prayer campaign that overthrew the Prince of Rosh which, at the time, was the ruling prince over the old Soviet Union. The result was the meltdown of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in northern Ukraine on April 25, 1986.

We also knew that the Prince of Rosh was not eliminated. Instead, he moved to America, bringing communism with him. His ideology would no longer use the communist label, as it had been discredited, but nonetheless, it was just as effective. We now call it the Deep State or the Cabal, which gives us our new commissars who are anti-Christian, hate God’s laws, and who enforce totalitarian policies and immorality.

President George Bush Sr laid the groundwork for totalitarianism, and President Bill Clinton laid the groundwork for immorality. We are now eating the bitter fruits of their labor.

Our ministry was raised up in 1991-1993 during the last half of the Bush 41 presidency and start of the Clinton years (1993). This implied that our task was to engage in spiritual warfare to overcome those developing problems that were emerging at the end of the Pentecost Age in 1993. Take note that this age was a prophetic reflection of the reign of King Saul, who was crowned on Pentecost, the day of “wheat harvest” (1 Samuel 12:17).

Note also that the night before Saul was killed in battle, he consulted the witch of Endor, because God would no longer speak to him. Saul set the pattern for the witchcraft and Satanism that is so prevalent among high-ranking officials and CEO’s in America today.

God’s solution, as we saw it, was to establish the house of David (1993-2000), the house of Joseph (2001-2006), the house of Elisha (2007-2010), and finally, the saints of the Most High (2010-2017). This was a lengthy process, but we can think of it as God’s way of gathering His people and empowering the different callings that were necessary to overthrow Babylon.

Now if I had been the one planning this…. I would have done it all in 1993 and no doubt would have lost the battle right from the start. God is never in a hurry.

By 2017 God had prepared the way fully, and the Dominion Mandate passed to the saints of the Most High, as prophesied in Daniel 7:22, 27. I believe it will take 7 years for this Babylonian “tree” to fall. The year 2024 is 7 x 490 years after Joshua crossed the Jordan, so 2024 seems to point to a time when the world comes into Blessed Time. Exactly what that implies is still a mystery to some extent, but we know that the news will be good. I expect full victory, although then much work will need to be done in building the Kingdom.

The saints received the Dominion Mandate of Judah in 2017, but this could not be implemented fully in the world without also receiving the Fruitfulness Mandate of Joseph. Joseph is the one with the resources to implement the Dominion Mandate in a practical way in the world. It appears that this Joseph calling was to come during the 7-year period from 2017-2024.

This is the overall picture as I see it, based on the revelation of the past 30 years.

Back in 2001, we held a series of prayer campaigns throughout the year from February to November. We have been seeing reflections of those prayer campaigns throughout 2022. Based on that 21-year cycle, I think the world will change dramatically in the next six weeks from September 30 to November 14.

Actually, the Lord appeared to Bradley on September 27 to tell him that at 12:41 pm this change occurred, and we were given the victory. I don’t know what might have happened at 12:41, but I do know that September 27 was when judgment was rendered in regard to the human sacrifice that was performed in New York City earlier.

The way things are shaping up, it looks like the political crisis in Ukraine is leading to a nuclear threat, as the Western leaders have deliberately misinterpreted Putin’s statements in order to bring about a nuclear crisis. Ukraine is an existential crisis for both sides, so neither side intends to back down. Ukraine, known to be the most corrupt nation in the world, is the center for western money laundering and child trafficking and biolabs intended to reduce the world’s population. On the other hand, Ukraine’s plan to join NATO and to push for nuclear weapons on Russia’s border makes them an existential threat to Russia.

Russia will not back down on this issue, any more than the US did during the Cuban missile crisis in October 1962, sixty years ago this month. Neither the US nor Russia will tolerate nuclear missiles so close to their borders. So this is very likely going to cause a similar crisis in Ukraine, which will frighten the whole world—all except the saints who know the word of God and have been directly involved in prayer campaigns to prevent the world from being destroyed.

We have hope, because we have the sure word of prophecy. We have the promises of God. We have Kingdom work to be done.

The crisis is now quickly heating up, and it is likely that this will not be resolved until mid-November. I believe we are about to see the results of the 2001 prayer campaign called Entering the Millennium of Rest (November 1-14). Recall that we bound Satan on November 5, bound his henchmen on November 8, and saw the beginning of a “New Era” on November 11. The coronation of the overcomers then occurred November 14, ending the prayer campaign in 2001.

This was established in the spirit in 2001. Let us see how it emerges in the world in 2022.
