Today it has been 42 years since my resignation as pastor of the church in Las Cruces. This was a seismic shift that turned the page on my life which sent me on a journey in an unknown direction. The wisdom of God often leads us through the valley of the shadow of death, but the end of the valley brings us into resurrection life. When we see that all things work together for good (Romans 8:28), all bitterness is removed, and we are able to give thanks in everything--and mean it.
The world is a very different place today. 42 years ago, I saw current events from afar. I was dimly aware, for instance, that the Zionist state would ultimately come to its final crisis, but it was impossible back then to see the path that would bring about this crisis. Likewise, there were many Scriptures that I did not yet understand. In those days my main focus was on hearing God's voice and learning about intercession and spiritual warfare. These lessons were necessary prerequisites for the divine court work that lay ahead.
In fact, I did not receive the revelation of the divine court until the last day of our Jubilee Prayer Campaign (November 29, 1993). Until that point in time, my concept of spiritual warfare was seen in military terms (using the sword of the Spirit) rather than as a legal case in the divine court. It was no longer about how many angels it would take to overcome the enemy forces; instead, in God's court, the only relevant matter was on which side of the law you stood.
After that revelation, a lot of court work had to be done and observed before we could grasp the will of God in prophetic matters. Each case established a precedent that pointed out God's will and the trajectory of world history. I knew early on that the goal was to establish Christ's rule over the earth, but I also had to learn to apply His laws, and to understand His form of government. While there are some democratic principles that His Kingdom allows, the overall form of government is an Absolute Monarchy. One of the big questions men have faced when establishing nations is what is the best and longest-lasting form of government prior to the second coming of Christ.
Our founding fathers did a pretty good job in this, although they made some major mistakes as well. In fact, in the 1830's some of our founders wondered if the American Republic had already been destroyed. They saw that America had already been turning in a new direction that they had not intended, subverted from within. We can chalk that up to the fact that it was impossible for them to exclude wicked men from immigrating here and from holding government offices. The Kingdom of God has gatekeepers to deny entrance to those who have evil hearts. Human governments normally employ gatekeepers who are not capable of such discernment.
We were unable to outlaw or eradicate secret societies and other special interest groups which sought to control legislatures, courts, and religions. The American form of government, which boldly stated that all rights come from God alone and that the purpose of government is to secure and protect those rights, was not welcomed by the power brokers of the world who saw it as a threat to their own power. They immediately began to plot how to overthrow this "Christian Republic" and to replace it with one that placed power back into the hands of men. When America went bankrupt in 1933, these evil men began to "secularize" America--that is, they removed God from His position as the sole Grantor of the rights of man, replacing God with government run by men. God-given rights were transformed into government-granted privileges, and few people took notice of this revolution.
Nebuchadnezzar's madness today shows that we have reached the apex of the revolution that has turned America's Christian Republic into a Secular Democracy. We now eat the bitter fruit of Mystery Babylon. Yet this has also coincided with the climax of the age. Man's failures are evident for all to see. Evil is being exposed, forcing people to look for other solutions. I believe that there will soon be an outpouring of the Spirit that will project the Kingdom of God into the consciousness of men. Getting back to the American constitutional form of government would be a vast improvement over today's Babylonian system, of course, but God has higher goals for us. The Kingdom of God must supersede all previous forms of government.
To establish the Kingdom one must know the mind and will of His Majesty, King Jesus. To know His will, one must know the Scriptures as well as to be able to hear His voice and be led by the Spirit. We must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. Many worship Him in Spirit but have very little Truth, being ignorant of His Word. Others try to study the Word without the assistance of the Holy Spirit. To know the Word is to know the Word from Genesis to Revelation, not just the New Testament. One must know the law from a New Covenant perspective, but few people even know the basic difference between the two covenants. These things are not taught in seminaries.
We would expect to see the world in crisis at the end of the present age. It was not hard to see a financial crisis coming, as the debt-money system was always going to collapse when debts became unpayable. Political crises and corruption have been with us from the beginning, so these were nothing new. But since 2016 we have begun to see the manifestation of Nebuchadnezzar's madness. The seeds of today's madness began to rise in the 1960's revolution, but we are now witnessing the fruits of this, disrupting the moral foundations of society and of civilization itself. The ultimate goal of Mystery Babylon is to destroy God's creation.
Endless wars have depleted resources to the point where a case can be made that the earth cannot support its current population. The "solution" is depopulation, and such advocates want to bring the population down to a mere 500 million. Bill Gates offers his "vaccines," claiming that these will reduce the population by 15%. Politicians add their endless war programs to eliminate more people. Zionists do their part more locally by killing off Palestinians which they claim are all members of Hamas. Half the population is under 18 years of age. Even though women and children were not eligible to vote in the elections in Gaza, they are all held liable as their homes are bombed indiscriminately to force them to move to Egypt. Furthermore, Hamas won the last election by just 4%.
Christian Zionists do their part by supporting Jewish Zionists. Both have something in common--Old Covenant religion. Both see Palestinians as Canaanites to be exterminated or driven away. Their love of God has grown cold. They need to review how Jesus treated Samaritans, Greeks, and Romans. Christian Zionists today have adopted the position of the Scribes and Pharisees, rather than Jesus' position. Jesus once took His disciples on a field trip to Phoenicia for just one purpose: to show them a Canaanite woman whose faith exceeded their own. When His point was made, He returned to Capernaum. Was that trip really worth it? Jesus thought so.
The whole world is now quickly turning against the Zionist state, because they know better than to equate Palestinians with Hamas. I have been appalled at NewsMax and Fox News, whose commentators distort the Gaza news as much as CNN has distorted the political news in America. NewsMax almost never uses the term "Palestinian," calling them all "Hamas." Every bombing target, they say, has been a target against Hamas, even as whole cities are obliterated. So far, more than 15,000 people--most of them women and children--have been killed. Food supplies have been cut off in order to starve the people into leaving. The Zionists are turning Gaza into an uninhabitable wasteland in order to force the people to leave. Then, when they have gone, the government will declare the land to be "abandoned" and will claim it for their own settlers. They have been doing this for 75 years.
But we are now fast approaching the day of reckoning. Scripture tells us clearly the fate of Edom at the end of the age. Edom was conquered and absorbed into Jewry in 126 B.C. Zionism is an Edomite ideology, based on Esau-Edom's desire to inherit the land that he lost long ago. This ideology is now on full display, showing the world how destructive it is, and proving to all that it is not the ideology of the Kingdom of God. It is, instead, part of Mystery Babylon and will not survive into the coming age.
