The Year of Light

Every Prophetic Year begins with two cycles of cleansing (76 days each). The Prophetic Year begins shortly after the previous 8^th day of the feast of Tabernacles and reaches its climax a year later on the 8^th day of the feast.

I have not said anything up to now about the current Prophetic Year, because I wanted to confirmation once the first 76-day cleansing had been completed. Confirmation has now come that the 76-day cycle extends from November 29, 2025 to February 12, 2026 (tomorrow). February 12 is the 76^th day of the current Prophetic Year.

Actually, there is a 3-day cluster from November 28-30 that begins the Year, and so the same 3-day cluster also ends on February 11-13. Today, being February 11, is when confirmation arrived.

The Foundational Revelation

The main foundational revelation was given to me in a vision during spiritual warfare on August 29, 1984. I wrote about this in my book, Wars of the Lord, page 18:

The foreign phase of this battle had already begun on Aug. 29, and so I asked the Lord how the battle was going. My report reads,

“Lord, show me how the battle goes in Africa. I then see a map of Africa. Then a brilliant light set over SOUTH AFRICA. Not an explosion, but more like a light bulb. This light moves up the eastern coast of Africa. . . [toward Kenya]

“My Kingdom of Light shall be established, and the darkness shall be pushed back, never to reappear again. . .”

Other things the Lord said in regard to the “greater works than these shall he do” (John 14:12). I was quite astounded and asked, “Lord, how is this possible?”

“I establish My word this day by Luke 1:37.”

I looked up Luke 1:37 and read it: “For nothing will be impossible with God.”

On the same page, I wrote this:

I then wrote further [in my records] about the vision of the prayer army moving north from South Africa:

“About the African campaign . . . the first part of the revelation appears to be in the immediate future; that is, it should be fulfilled BEFORE we see the full effects of our campaign, which deals with RESTORATION. In other words, darkness first, then restoration. . . Thus, RESTORATION begins with a few, then spreads to the many. But as it begins with the few, the manner in which it is done sets the pattern for the future work to the many. This should hold true both in the spiritual warfare and the actual fulfillment in the world, which will involve the OPEN DOOR ministry.”

Today’s Application

In late November 2025, the Prophetic Year began with some key contacts who subsequently joined our team. As our relationship developed, they turned out to be extremely important in empowering us with in-the-world authority. I cannot say much about this yet, because this information is too sensitive. But today, February 11, the actual paperwork was signed and registered with national authorities, establishing the Kingdom of Light in the earth.

Recall that a kingdom must have 4 things to be a complete kingdom: a king, citizens, laws, and territory. In Christ’s first coming, we received Him as our King. This has been disputed in the divine court, as Jesus prophesied in His parable (Luke 19:12-14). The dispute remained unresolved on a legal level until recent years. Nonetheless, those who have accepted Jesus as King throughout the centuries are called “children of light” (Ephesians 5:8).

We have a King, and we are the citizens. The laws of God are also disputed, even among Christians—many of whom have rejected His laws. Nonetheless, Kingdom-minded citizens have submitted to His righteous standard as expressed in the law. The only remaining piece has been territory.

The church mistakenly viewed the Israeli state as the territory of the Kingdom, from which, they believe, Christ will rule over an Old Covenant style of worship (animal sacrifices performed by Levitical priests) in the earthly Jerusalem, which Paul says is “Hagar,” the Old Covenant (Galatians 4:25). We who believe that Galatians 4 is part of the inspired word of God believe differently, for we support “Sarah,” the prophetic type of the New Covenant. She is the New Jerusalem, or the heavenly city, Paul says.

Paul says that “Mount Sinai in Arabia…corresponds to the present Jerusalem.”

Horeb and Zion

Mount Horeb (or Sinai) means “desert.”

Mount Zion means “parched place.”

They have essentially the same meaning. Both are dry places. Spiritually speaking, they lack the water of the Holy Spirit—even though both places received the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. Yet Sinai’s Holy Spirit was rejected by the people (Exodus 20:19), and Jerusalem as a whole rejected the Holy Spirit as well, preferring to remain under the Old Covenant.

When the authorities in Jerusalem rejected the Mediator of the New Covenant, they decided legally to remain under Moses and the covenant of Sinai (Hagar). Hence, the Sanhedrin legally placed the city and nation under the jurisdiction of Hagar. This is the legal reason why God removed them from the land and later gave it to the descendants of Hagar. God simply honored their demand.

The only way to reverse this would be for the Jewish authorities to accept Jesus Christ as the Mediator of the New Covenant. They were given 76 years to do this (1947-2023), but they failed to do it. So on October 7, 2023, the final war leading to Jerusalem’s destruction began, which will fulfill Jeremiah 19:10, 11 and Isaiah 29:1-6.

The Year of Light

We have now reached the point where the Kingdom of Light has been planted legally in the earth. These 76-day cycles always give us hints and previews for the coming Prophetic Year. The feast of Tabernacles is always the climax of a Prophetic Year. The 76-day cycles set the tone for what God is doing in the coming year.

This current Prophetic Year (2026) is the Year of Light. So let us follow Paul’s admonition in Ephesians 5:8,
