The Resurrected Israel--Final

Israel came under a covenant relationship with God through Moses in what came to be known as the Old Covenant. It was a conditional covenant, having IF clauses in it. . . "IF you will obey My voice" (Exodus 19:5). Its validity depended upon both God and Israel fulfilling its obligations.

Israel was unable to keep the law, and as a nation they actually rejected it and set up their own laws in its place. For this reason, that covenant was invalidated, as Jeremiah 31:32 says. A New Covenant was thus needed, one that would actually work.

This New Covenant had no IF clauses in it, and so, as a one-sided covenant, it depended only upon the ability of God Himself to keep His Word. Since God has such ability, there is no chance that this New Covenant will fail.

But since men are still lawless in their hearts, this means that God must turn the hearts of men and deal with that lawless tendency in order to give them the blessings of the Covenant without simply blessing ungodly men who reject Him (Jesus Christ). This is His task.

The nation of Israel was judged with the fall of Samaria in 721 B.C. The nation was divorced from the Old Covenant marriage relationship and sent out of His house according to the law (Deut. 24:1-4). It was not a mere separation. They lost their Covenant (marriage) relationship with God, and they became no better than any other nation insofar as a Covenant relationship was concerned.

In other words, Israel was "gentilized," if I may use the term. For this reason, I refer to those people as the ex-Israelites of the dispersion. They had a genealogical connection with the original  nation known as Israel, but they were no more married to God than any other nation.

The question, then, is how to regain a marital status with God, or how to regain a Covenant relationship with Him. Genealogy is as insufficient today as it was in 721 B.C. when God divorced Israel. In fact, genealogy witnesses for the prosecution and serves only to increase their liability by law.

The only way for an ex-Israelite of the dispersion to come back into a Covenant relationship with God is by faith in Jesus Christ. And since He is the Mediator of a New Covenant, the old having passed away (Heb. 8:13), it is evident that no one can enjoy a Covenant marriage relationship with God apart from faith in Jesus Christ. This is true regardless of whether one is a "natural branch" or not. Genealogy does not give anyone a free pass into a New Covenant relationship with God. Nor does one's genealogy exclude anyone.

As individuals from all nations become citizens of the Kingdom of God through Jesus Christ, they are "raised from the dead" into newness of life (Rom. 6:4-12). This has been done for centuries now by many individuals of all nations. In this way, God is forming a citizenry in preparation for the next stage of Kingdom development.

The day will come when the second set of prophetic feast days will be fulfilled: Trumpets, Atonement, and Tabernacles. These are associated with the second coming of Christ, and they speak of Resurrection, Repentance, and Transformation into the manifested Sons of God.

In that day the Kingdom of God will move to a new level. The rulers of the Kingdom from all past ages will be raised from the dead so that they can finally fulfill their calling on the earth. These manifested Sons of God will bring about a massive repentance among the rest of the people on earth. When men understand that their perfected and glorified bodies manifest the promises of God to all men, they will desire to work toward that end and prepare themselves for the second "harvest" a thousand years later.

Meanwhile, because of this great repentance, conversion, and acceptance of Jesus Christ as King, they will desire to transform their national government and become a member state of the Kingdom of God. This will be the resurrection of Israel on a governmental level, whereas in times past it was only manifested within individuals.

This is what frightens the current Babylonian governments of the New World Order. They are attempting to prevent this from happening by corrupting the morals of the people, encouraging lawlessness, removing all traces of God from public life, and by teaching the youth that a theocracy is the most evil form of government the world has ever invented.

But this Babylonian government's time of authority has run out, and there will be nothing they can do to stop the progression of the Kingdom. The first Babylonian King (Nebuchadnezzar) saw this day in a dream in the second chapter of Daniel. He saw an image with body parts representing a progression of man-made kingdoms from his day to the present time: Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome.

Daniel's own revelations in chapter 7 and 8 give us further information, showing that the fourth kingdom (Rome) would be extended through the "little horn" after it fell in 476 A.D.

When we come to Revelation 13 we find that the "little horn" itself was to be divided into two parts (i.e., two "beasts"). The first was the religious beast from the sea that would exercise authority for 1,260 "days" (i.e., from 529-1789). It ended with the French Revolution, in which the Roman Church began to lose power. It was replaced by the second "beast" from the earth, an economic beast that we know today as the modern banking system that is based upon debt and usury.

We are now witnessing the collapse of that second beast system. Having anticipated this years ago, we engaged in spiritual warfare from 1993-2006, appealing to the Divine Court for the overthrow of this beast. We also appealed the Court to transfer the authority from the kingdoms of men to the saints of the Most High, as prophesied in Daniel 7:22 and 27.

This correlates with the time that the "Stone" strikes the image on its feet and grinds the entire Babylonian governmental system into powder. This Stone Kingdom will then grow until it fills the whole earth (Dan. 2:35). That is the prophetic record that was written 2600 years ago.

The Kingdom of God as a national unit was destroyed in the days of Daniel. It will be rebuilt as a new creation under a New Covenant with new leadership in the days ahead. Though the earth has been placed by God Himself under an ungodly system called Babylon for a very long time, the day is soon coming when the kingdoms of this world will become the Kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ (Rev. 11:15).

This will establish the Kingdom of God on a national, governmental level not seen since the days of Israel and Judah in the distant past. Even so, during the next thousand years, not all nations will want to become part of this Federation of the Kingdom of God (Rev. 20:8) Yet after that final conflict, all of the dead who were not raised in the first resurrection will be raised to stand before the Great White Throne. This will inaugurate the next major step in the progression of the Kingdom.

At that point, the Creator will lay claim by a judicial process to all that is rightfully His--heaven and earth, which He created, including all men who ever lived. This will complete the resurrection of the Kingdom itself. As they stand before Him, all will know then that there is a God. Every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess that He is Lord to the glory of God the Father (Phil. 2:10, 11). The final Restoration will then begin.
