The saints prepare to rule, part 12

As 2015 progressed, it became increasingly clear that our declaration of the transfer of authority on October 12, 2014 had marked a major turning point in history. The coronation of the overcomers on April 5, 2015 provided a double witness to this. The year 2015 was clearly a year of Cleansing the House, with The Cry of Sodom prayer campaign on June 30 and Cleanse the House prayer campaign on July 21.

This time of cleansing reached a culmination point 76 days after the prayer campaign at our Tabernacles conference in Branson, Missouri on October 4, 2015. Highway 76, if you recall, runs through Branson, and 76 is the biblical number for cleansing.

Just prior to the Tabernacles conference, we were led to declare a Jubilee on the Day of Atonement, September 23, 2015. Its purpose was to declare our agreement with Caleb and Joshua, who, in Numbers 14, had declared their faith to enter into God’s rest when all others had been filled with fear.

The Declaration: September 23, 2015

Father, I come before you today, in agreement with Caleb and Joshua, to declare our faith in Your promises to us and in Your ability to keep Your word. Thank-you for vowing to make everyone Your people and for including us even though most of humanity were not present when You made that vow [Deuteronomy 29:12-15].

We have heard Your word, and as first fruits of a great harvest yet to come, we declare our intention by faith to enter into Your promises. We declare: “We should by all means go up and take possession of it, for we shall surely overcome it.” We recognize that this is Your battle, and that it does not depend upon our own works or our own fleshly ability to overcome the opposition.

So we blow the Jubilee this day and ask You to lead us into our Promised Land.

Thank-you for granting this request. We rejoice in Your promises, doing all in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Hence, when we came to the climax of the 76-day cycle on October 4, we had cleansed our hearts of any remaining fear that plagues all who still depend upon the Old Covenant. This declaration was important, because it established our belief in the promise of God—in this case, the promise of being given the authority of the Dominion Mandate.

The responsibility of the Dominion Mandate, along with the awareness that the Babylonian “giants” would not give it up willingly or easily, could put fear in the hearts of many. Fear is generated when we realize that we are inadequate to the task and cannot win this battle by the power of our own will and strength. But when we have faith that God is able to perform that which He has promised (Romans 4:21), we are New Covenant believers, whose faith is reckoned to us as righteousness.

Pope Francis Pushes the UN’s Agenda 30

Pope Francis came to America and addressed Congress on the Day of Atonement, September 23, 2015. This was the same day that we declared a Jubilee on behalf of the overcomers. The Pope, however, sided with the rest of the world and showed himself to be in full agreement with the giants in the land, the United Nations, and the New World Order.

In past years the UN had been pushing its Agenda 21, a plan to reduce the world’s population in order to create a “sustainable” system for the earth by 2021. In 2015 this plan was revised and became known as Agenda 30, to establish the New World Order by 2030.

This plan will fail, simply because Babylon ran out of time. Its Dominion Mandate was given to the saints of the Most High from 2014-2017. Nonetheless, God hardened the hearts of the Babylonians so that the saints would have legal cause against them, giving the saints the right to strip them of their wealth. We saw this in the earlier example of Pharaoh (Exodus 4:21), and the same thing was prophesied later in regard to Babylon (Jeremiah 50:33, 34).

Knowing the divine plan ahead of time is the key to our full assurance that the opposition is not out of God’s control. It is controlled opposition, designed to give the overcomers the opportunity to overcome the enemy, so that Satan can be crushed not only by Christ Himself but also, as the body of Christ, under our feet (Romans 16:20). So also we read in Psalm 149:5-9,

⁵ Let the godly ones exult in glory; let them sing for joy on their beds. ⁶ Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword [of the word] in their hand, ⁷ to execute vengeance [naqam, “divine justice”] on the nations and punishment on the peoples, ⁸ to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron, ⁹ to execute on them the judgment written [in the word]; this is an honor for all His godly ones. Praise the Lord!

The saints have the privilege of overcoming the giants and executing divine justice upon those who have used the Dominion Mandate to enslave the earth to themselves instead of setting creation free “into the freedom of the glory of the children of God” (Romans 8:21). Hence, the saints declared the Jubilee on September 23, 2015, while the Pope declared his loyalty to the Babylonian New World Order.

We are all called to choose sides. We choose God’s side, and we believe that we are on the winning side. But in 2015 the battle was just beginning. Armageddon was still in its preparation stage. The overcomers prepared for this final battle by cleansing their house.

The Appeal for God’s Visitation: October 10, 2015

October 4, 2015 was the final day of our Tabernacles conference in Branson, which ended the 76-day cycle to Cleanse the House. On that day, a prophetic word came forth that our next project should be to take the White House for the Kingdom of God. The time had come for us to take the president to the Divine Court and ask God to judge the case and to do whatever was necessary to bring about repentance and change to conform to His will.

Six days later, on October 10, I received a telephone call from a friend who had been given a revelation that morning. While he was waking up, he saw himself in a castle, divinely protected, as judgments were hitting the earth like “fire and brimstone.” In this revelation he was given the word Hieroc,” as in Hierocracy, “rule by priesthood.”

I took note that the “castle” that he saw was related to the castle-like hotel in Branson, where we had held our conference. It was called the Chateau on the Lake, built in the Heartland of America. So from that position, we were to do the work that lies ahead. We were to exercise the authority that we have been given in a post-beast era.

In the previous year—the year of cleansing—we had been given the revelation that the twelve sons of Jacob represented department heads in Kingdom government. The names of Jacob’s sons, combined with Jacob’s blessings (Genesis 49) and Moses’ blessings (Deuteronomy 33), gave clues by which we might know how each represented a distinct department of government.

So on October 10, 2015, our first work was to be directed at the government itself, appealing to the Divine Court to bring justice and mercy to the nation.

The Appeal for Divine Visitation

October 10, 2015

Father, we come before Your divine court in obedience to Your word that we ought to pray for those in authority in government. Our government has cast aside Your law and replaced it with the precepts of men. It has denied the right of Jesus Christ to rule and has established its own authority as being above all other authority.

However, this court has seen fit to give the overcomers authority in the earth. Our nation does not recognize their authority, even as it does not recognize Yours. They continue to enact laws contrary to Your will and to promote injustice and violence.

So we appeal to this court to investigate this situation in a divine visitation. We also appeal to Your mercy upon the nation. Do what it takes to turn the hearts of the people. Pour out Your Spirit upon us, so that the people repent of their evil deeds, and so that we receive mercy as a nation.

We appeal to the precedent in Genesis 19:1, where You visited Sodom, but we also appeal to Your New Covenant promise which turns literal fire and brimstone into the Holy Spirit’s baptism of fire. We know that we ask according to Your will that all men shall be saved and shall come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).

We pray especially for our President, that You will visit him. We ask You to show him Your glory and turn his heart to You. Set him free from his oppressors, so that he may follow You and establish righteousness in the land.

We present this petition in the name of Jesus Christ and in agreement with His will, as expressed in the New Covenant. Thank-you for hearing this case and for answering our prayer.

Our prayer followed Paul’s instructions in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, where we are admonished to pray “for kings and all who are in authority.” Though President Obama was the current president (2015), our prayer was for the office, not necessarily for a specific president.

This appeal, I believe, was answered a year later when Donald Trump was elected (2016). The name Donald means “ruler of the world” (or king).

Trump’s election interrupted and delayed the Babylonian plan. They intended for Hillary Clinton to bring in the New World Order over a period of eight years (2016-2024). Clinton, playing the role of Jezebel, was overthrown by Donald Trump, who played the role of Jehu, following the biblical pattern. We prayed, and this was God's answer.
