The saints prepare to rule, part 23

The Hezekiah Factor (as I call it) is based on the story of Hezekiah in 2 Kings 20:6, 8-10, where the king was dying and prayed for mercy. Isaiah prophesied that he would be given a 15-year extension of life. The sign given to him was that the shadow on the sundial would be turned back ten degrees (literally, “ten steps”).

We have seen by observation that this is prophetic. In 1996 we declared the 120^th Jubilee from Adam, but it was done ten years late. It should have been done in 1986, but no one had the revelation to do this. We were allowed to declare the Jubilee in 1996 because God reversed time ten years to 1986, making our declaration “on time.”

In addition, a 15-year extension also began (1986-2001), culminating with the demolition of the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001. This completed the pattern.

Immediately, a second pattern began to emerge, though we did not know it yet.

Operation Jericho was launched on September 11, 2011, precisely ten years after the Twin Towers were demolished. We had been looking for a Jericho sign on that date, and God raised up others to plan Operation Jericho in Minneapolis at that precise time. We understood that Operation Jericho in 2011 was the prayer campaign which launched the two cycles of this second great Hezekiah Factor.

Operation Jericho (2011) turned back the clock and had a positive effect on events ten years earlier (September 11, 2001). The positive effect is found in Isaiah 30:25, 26,

²⁵ On every lofty mountain and on every high hill there will be streams running with water on the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall. ²⁶ The light of the moon [yerach] will be as the light of the sun…

When the Twin Towers fell, we looked for a Jericho sign, because the root word of Jericho is yerach, “moon.” Jericho is Moon City. Hence, ten years later, we saw Operation Jericho and knew that this was the awaited sign leading to the outpouring of the Spirit—the “streams running with water.”

So Operation Jericho in 2011 was the hinge point from which the clock was turned back to 2001. From there, we looked ahead 15 years to September 11, 2016. This cycle represented an extension of life in some manner, after Bill Clinton’s three-year extension concluded. Recall that Bill Clinton, representing King Ahab, had humbled himself on September 11, 1998, and America had been given a 3-year reprieve from divine judgment (war). This ended September 11, 2001.

The Jezebel Era

After 2001 we knew that we had to deal with Hillary-Jezebel, but at the time it was unclear how this would play out in actual history. We had to wait ten years before Operation Jericho started this process. First, God turned back the clock ten years from 2011 to 2001, and then the 15-year extension of (political) life ended on September 11, 2016.

On this day in 2016, the US government held a memorial ceremony at “ground zero,” the site of the so-called “Freedom Tower,” built from 2004-2014 to replace the Twin Towers.

At the ceremony, Hillary Clinton collapsed and was taken by ambulance to her daughter’s house, which had been outfitted with a medical facility.

A few minutes later, one of her doubles walked out to the street to assure everyone that Hillary was fine. She even hugged a 12-year-old girl to prove it.

Accounts varied. One explanation was that she had been dehydrated and “overheated.” Another explanation was that she had pneumonia.

From our vantage point, however, we believed that the timing of her collapse indicated that she would lose the presidential election two months later and that her political career was coming to an end.

Hillary did indeed lose the election. In the following election (2020) Joe Biden became the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party. Though she still hopes to continue her political career, I do not believe that she will make a comeback.

Lazarus Wins

The US election, in which Donald Trump won the presidency, was held on November 8, 2016. At the same time, the New Zealand Trotting Cup was held, in which a horse named Lazarus won the race in record time.

Lazarus did the unthinkable in the $750,000 New Zealand Trotting Cup, distancing his rivals by a record margin and obliterating the national 3200m record in 3:53.1 of power pacing that left even the modest hardened racegoers stunned…

For racing people, their combined shock value instantly raise an unanswerable question: just how good is this horse?

He is clearly now a champion and has produced one of New Zealand racing’s most unforgettable performances.

So two races on the same day shocked and stunned people: The US presidential election and New Zealand’s Trotting Cup. Further, the horse was named after the man famous for being raised from the dead in John 11:43, 44. When we see such coincidences, and when these events occur totally outside of our control, we know that God is showing us signs that tell us what is going on from God’s perspective.

Entering the Millennium of Rest

From November 1-14, 2001, we were led to conduct a climactic prayer campaign called Entering the Millennium of Rest. The first portion of the prayer campaign included a Divine Court case (against the devil himself and his highest princes) called Ye Shall Surely Perish. In that court case, the devil was bound on November 5, and his princes were bound on November 8.

Keep in mind that because there is no time in the spirit, this prayer campaign did not bring about the immediate incarceration of the devil. It will happen in its own time, as prophesied in Revelation 20:2. The prayer campaign simply confirmed the prophecy and made it inevitable. What we saw 15 years later in 2016 was more like an echo, an important fulfillment, but not as great as the ultimate event.

It is of interest that the US presidential election was held 15 years later on November 8, 2016. Because this 15-year extension involved Hillary-Jezebel, it is not surprising that she would lose the election precisely 15 years after the prayer campaign was won in November 2001. Though we were unaware of this connection in 2001, it proved to be a factor in 2016.

Once again, the coincidence of timing links the events together. Furthermore, the horse named Lazarus adds the prophetic feature of death and resurrection, which correlates to the Ye Shall Surely Perish court case. The devil was not eligible for resurrection, of course, because he lost that court case. His opponents won the case, and in 2016 this applied to Donald Trump’s stunning win.

The events of 2016, then, marked a turning point in history, a “resurrection” of sorts, not of Trump, but the resurrection of the Kingdom. Trump certainly has had a role to play in this, but this resurrection was a precursor to the transfer of authority to the saints of the Most High, which was to occur nearly a year later on October 12, 2017, the eighth day of the feast of Tabernacles.
