Last week I mentioned that one of our team members in South Africa had been assassinated by a sniper. He was not a team member as such, but had been hired just 2 days earlier as part of the security detail. Neither John nor I know about the man’s relationship with Christ, nor if he knew anything about spiritual warfare or divine protection with the armor of God.
Whatever the case, we will have to be careful to hire people who are equipped spiritually and have some level of spiritual maturity. We know who our enemies are, and so we know who was behind this shooting, but proving it may not be possible, unless God intervenes and exposes him. A message came with the shooting: “Don’t think you can protect yourself.” He does not seem to know anything about divine protection. Recall from about 2 years ago when a gunman shot Bradley twice from point-blank range—and missed! The gunman got so scared that he ran down the street as fast as he could go.
The point is that our enemies have finally lost the battle and so they feel they must resort to more violent methods. We have won now. Yesterday, September 11, was the third big event since 2001 (World Trade Center demolition) and 2008 (Lehman Brothers collapse). This year (2023) negotiations began with some people whom some might say represent the head of the beast. Let’s just say they are happy to turn over the reins of world government to the overcomers.
The delegation is led by one whose name was given to Bradley by revelation nearly 2 years ago. It was a foreign name, and an angel had to spell it for him. When he showed John, he thought it might be a geological formation of some kind. But when he ran a search on google, he discovered who this was—a high official in the banking world. The point is that God said that He had been training her for 8 years, that she could be trusted, and that she would prove to be very useful in the future.
That time has now come. The world is coming to its moment of crisis, where the transfer of authority, which was decreed at Tabernacles of 2014 and 2017, is coming into the world. I do not know how long it will take to become visible to the mainstream media, but I am telling you ahead of time to encourage you that God is implementing the solutions, even while the world despairs of hope.
For this reason, it is also important to understand prophecy. In this case, we must know what it means that Babylon fell intact in Daniel 5. The church continues its search for the antichrist, not seeing how Christ Himself is taking over Babylon, even as King Cyrus took over Babylon. Cyrus was a type of Christ, even though he did not know the God of the Bible. Isaiah 45:1.
The people in Judea missed the first coming of Christ, because they did not understand prophecy. Neither did they understand the purpose of His coming. Neither did they know that Christ would have to come twice, according to the prophecies in Leviticus 14 and 16 and in other places. We are seeing the same lack of understanding today in regard to the second coming of Christ. Because the church is focusing on the antichrist, they will probably mistake Christ for the antichrist.
Decades ago, it occurred to me that Babylon fell intact, and I wondered how that might be fulfilled today in the fall of Mystery Babylon. I now know the overall answer, though the emerging details continue to amaze me. One key detail from history is that the king of Babylon had offended the priests of Babylon; so the priests left the Ishtar Gate unlocked, allowing the Persian army to enter without a fight. In other words, the Babylonian employees helped Cyrus.
Today, we see the same thing. Top employees of Mystery Babylon have turned against their masters and are helping Christ in this transfer of authority. Christ is getting help from those who do not know Christ. God has done this in order to prove His sovereignty and to fulfill the pattern in His word in Isaiah 45.
The coming of Christ will not be designed to destroy the earth but to save it. Psalm 67:4-7 says,
4 Let the nations be glad and sing for joy; for you will judge the peoples with uprightness and guide the nations on the earth. (Selah) 5 let the peoples praise You, O God, let all the peoples praise You. 6 The earth has yielded its produce; God, our God, blesses us. 7 God blesses us, that all the ends of the earth may fear [respect, reverence, recognize His right to rule] Him.
God has indeed blessed us, so that “all the ends of the earth” may also be blessed, according to the Abrahamic covenant (Genesis 12:4).
