For years I have seen that President Trump is God’s Demolition Man. It began with his calling as a modern Jehu, who was called to destroy the House of Ahab and Jezebel. This work was completed on September 11, 2016 when Hilary Clinton collapsed at the Twin Towers memorial celebration. This told me that she would lose the 2016 election and that her political career was done.
Of course, the revelation that Bill and Hilary were playing the biblical roles of Ahab and Jezebel came to me in 1988, some years before Bill was elected president. By the mid-1990’s, many preachers in America were saying the same.
But now, in Trump’s second term, it is becoming increasingly clear that his calling is playing out in a further way. He is called to precipitate the collapse of Mystery Babylon itself. Unfortunately, in the short term, this will affect negatively most of the world. The transition from one age to another is never without disruption. Scripture likens it to a great shaking of both the heavens and the earth.
On November 29, 1994 we received revelation that the Babylonian collapse would be caused by tariffs and trade. At that time, however, few people foresaw that. The GATT treaty was being passed, which was the precursor to the World Trade Organization, which opened world trade to China. Corporations were encouraged to move their operations to China. China was seen as the future of prosperity.
Thirty years later, however, after years of huge trade deficits that turned China into the world’s manufacturing powerhouse, Donald Trump came on the scene to put the brakes on this great transfer of wealth. America had been largely de-industrialized, and he was determined to reverse this long trend. He seems unaware, however, that God has other plans. Because America has been the military enforcer of Mystery Babylon since World War 2, the obvious way to end this long captivity is to bankrupt the USA.
Trump immediately imposed tariffs, creating uncertainty and sending world trade into a tailspin. His stated goal is to bring back manufacturing to America by increasing the cost of imports. At the same time, acting like a New Yorker, he has treated allies and friends quite roughly. Trump does not seem to realize that tariffs might have worked well in the past, but not today. There are too many competitors who have the ability to produce goods and export them without tariffs.
One of the first to feel the pain has been American farmers and ranchers. When Trump put pressure on China, China simply cancelled its huge orders for wheat and soybeans. They made contracts with Canadian farmers to buy their wheat, and they made contracts with Brazil to buy their soybeans. This has been disastrous for the farmers, who form a considerable base for Trump’s political support.

Tourism too has dropped off a cliff. Airline travel has dropped off, putting the airlines in serious financial pressure. Las Vegas is losing billions of dollars.

This is just the beginning. I don’t expect Trump to back down. I expect him to double down on every policy rather than admit defeat. But not even Trump can stop the plan of God.
Another country to watch is Germany. David Wilkerson published The Vision in 1973, wherein he prophesied that the world economic collapse would begin in Germany, spread to Japan, and then to other nations. I read this 50 years ago, and it helped shape my thinking.
Is David Wilkerson's Ominous Prophecy About The Economy Of Germany Starting To Come To Pass?
In my view, Donald Trump has been raised up for such a time as this. However, his calling is not to save America or the world but to demolish the present world order. In that way, it can be said that He is doing God’s work that has been prophesied for thousands of years.
We could also talk about Trump’s support of the Zionist state. His support has emboldened the Zionists to think that they can get away with anything, including genocide. They do not know that they are digging their own grave. Their reputation of invincibility has been shattered by Yemen and Iran. Their economy is in shambles. Israelis are leaving in a reverse Zionism. We asked God to spare as many as possible, and so our prayers are being answered. Yet the day of reckoning is fast approaching.
So we need to be aware of what might be coming down the road. Yet understand that God has a plan, and that plan is to cause the people to repent. Few people repent while the good times roll.
It is only when disaster strikes that people run to a church to pray for mercy. The big event on September 11, 2001 was one such call to repentance, but (as I noted at the time), cries of repentance were drowned out by calls for revenge. Carnal men always pin blame on others. If they knew the God of heaven, and if they knew the Scriptural precedents, they would look inward and ask God, “What did WE do wrong?”
So now we are fast approaching a major inflection point. God will take care of His own, but these are relatively few people. Most are just sitting on a hill dressed in sheets waiting for the rapture. We ourselves have a Kingdom Vision. We are not ready to escape; we are ready to build and to bring heaven to earth. We are not motivated by fear but walk in faith. We are not looking for an antichrist; we look for Christ Himself.
Those who know the divine plan ahead of time will weather this storm; others will find it very difficult. It is best to buy your lamp oil before you need it (Matthew 25:1-13). The nature of this “oil” is seen in Psalm 119:105, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Study the word and also learn to hear His voice to know the word that He gives you personally.
