Having exposed the political nature of the Little Horn’s religious beast empire, we can more easily understand how it differs from the final prophesied Kingdom that arises afterward, ruled by the saints of the Most High. God gave many beast empires time to prove themselves to be unworthy of the Dominion Mandate. Each empire was based on a different political tradition of men that failed in the end.
All of these beast empires were religious, though carnal. The first four were non-Christian, that is, pagan empires; the extension of Rome was based on Christian tradition, though not upon Christ Himself. Hence, the whole world was represented. Many nations were given the opportunity to exercise dominion in order to see if they could do better than Judah. But they all misused the Dominion Mandate, even as Judah had done earlier.
Each beast empire was judged in the end. The most striking example of this judgment was seen when Babylon fell. That same night, the handwriting on the wall (Daniel 5:25-28) appeared in the palace, being interpreted prophetically as:
“God has numbered [audited (twice)] your kingdom and put an end to it… You have been weighed on the scales and found deficient [bankrupt]… Your kingdom has been divided and given over [sold at auction] to the Medes and Persians.”
The revelation comes in terms of bankruptcy proceedings. But how did Babylon incur such debts? In biblical law, sin is reckoned as a debt. If the debt cannot be paid on time, the sinner is “sold” to someone who is willing to assume his liabilities (Exodus 22:3). In this case, Babylon’s imperial assets were sold to the Medes and Persians. The same law applied to Persia, Greece, Rome, and now, finally, the Little Horn.
In 2014-2017 the Little Horn’s assets were sold to the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:26, 27), but the Little Horn refused to comply with the court order. God hardened the hearts of the Deep State rulers, and they decided to fight God instead. In biblical law (Deuteronomy 17:12) this was an act of presumption, that is, contempt of court. It carries the death penalty. We have yet to see how God will handle this, but it is described in Revelation 19:14-21, which describes a heavenly army enforcing the divine decree. Verse 21 concludes,
21 And the rest were killed with the sword which came from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse, and all the birds were filled with their flesh.
Many make the mistake of thinking that this “sword” is an Old Covenant sword coming from the arm of flesh. It is not. It comes from the mouth of Christ and is a New Covenant sword—the word of God (Ephesians 6:17). When we look at the example of the fall of ancient Babylon itself, and how it fell intact to the Medes and Persians, the king being the only recorded casualty, we have reason to believe that Mystery Babylon will likewise experience a change of management, rather than a catastrophic destruction of the entire world.
So who is the “king” of Mystery Babylon in today’s world? Who made the decision to fight God’s court decision in stead of submit to the rule of the saints? These rulers are hidden and rule behind the scenes. The visible world leaders are their proxies, pretending to rule according to the will of the people democratically. In fact, “Mystery” Babylon is a secret, hidden government, as the name indicates.
The real power brokers of the secret governments, whoever they are, are most liable for contempt of court. Their mercenaries are less liable, due to ignorance. In my view, those who are hired to fight God ignorantly on behalf of their secret masters will be shown a level of mercy. In my view, God will open many eyes. His light will shine in the darkness and expose their evil secret masters, and they will repent. The sword of the Spirit will be very effective.
The book of Judges records six main captivities that God brought upon Israel for breaking their vow of obedience. In each case, God “sold” them to foreign nations until they repented. These captivities were of the wooden yoke variety, made clear later in Jeremiah 27 and 28. The people in his day, however, refused to repent, and the false prophet Hananiah literally broke the wooden yoke that the prophet was using to convey the message (Jeremiah 28:10). So God imposed an iron yoke upon them (Jeremiah 28:13).
The iron yoke was mentioned in Deuteronomy 28:48 in the laws of tribulation. It was defined in terms of exile from the land itself. Hence, the wooden yoke, being lighter, described captivity without actually being exiled to a foreign land. The six captivities in the book of Judges, then, were all wooden yoke captivities. But finally, in Jeremiah’s day, God imposed upon them an iron yoke captivity and exiled them to Babylon for 70 years.
When they were finally allowed to return to the old land, they remained under the dominion of Persia, but this was now just a wooden yoke. Judah did not receive the Dominion Mandate at that time, because this authority had passed to the Medes and Persians (Daniel 5:28). Judah remained under the wooden yoke until 70 A.D. Then, because they refused to submit to the authority of Rome, the fourth beast empire that God Himself had appointed, they were exiled to foreign lands once again under an iron yoke.
This situation remained until the rise of Zionism in the late 1800’s, supported by the new teachings of Darby and Scofield. This rose alongside the new Pentecostal movement, which, because it was ignorant of biblical laws, quickly supported Christian Zionism. They did not realize that they were supporting a revolt against God’s earlier court decree. Mystery Babylon’s time to hold the Dominion Mandate had not yet expired. Hence, Zionism represented another revolt that was from the same spirit of lawlessness seen in 70 A.D.
All of the patterns of captivity, whether under the wooden yoke or the iron yoke, always climaxed and ended when the people repented. This principle of law was stated clearly in Leviticus 26:40-42, “If they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their forefathers… then I will remember My covenant with Jacob…”
Because of this law and the word of later prophets, most Christians assumed that the Zionists would repent before the Israeli state was established. However, when the Zionists created their state in 1948 without the people repenting of their iniquity and turning to Christ, the Christian Zionists simply ignored this and continued to support Zionism. Hence, Christian Zionists will be held liable for rejecting the word of the Lord that is in all of their Bibles.
Nonetheless, God will decide various levels of mercy according to their ignorance. Even the Apostle Paul tells us that God shows mercy to those who act ignorantly. 1 Timothy 1:13 says,
13 Even though I was previously a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent aggressor. Yet I was shown mercy because I acted ignorantly in unbelief.
We see then how mercy is granted to the repentant ones—both personally and nationally. But those who think they are doing right, that God supports their belief that they deserve to be free on account of their genealogy, and who reject God’s right to judge them with a yoke of wood or iron until they repent, are those dominated by a carnal mind and by men’s traditions. These will not inherit the Kingdom of God, for they have failed to submit to the judgments of God that are stated clearly in the law and the prophets.
In 2014 we were given a three-year notice that God was going to transfer the Dominion Mandate from the beast empires to the saints of the Most High, as prophesied in Daniel 7:28. This was confirmed by revelation, and so we understand that it occurred at the feast of Tabernacles in 2017. These reports can be reviewed in the Archive section of my website.
Even then, we knew that we would have to contend with the enemies of the Kingdom in order to see God’s decree fulfilled in practice. We took note of the example of Joshua, who received the divine authority to be established in the land of Canaan, but who then had to fight the Canaanites for at least five years to implement the divine decree. In fact, it took a full seven years before the land was divided among the twelve tribes of Israel (Joshua 13-19).
We know it was seven years (their first Sabbath year in the land), because of Caleb’s request in Joshua 14:7 and 10, where he says,
7 “I was forty years old when Moses the servant of the Lord sent me from Kadesh-barnea to spy out the land; and I brought word back to him as it was in my heart… 10 Now behold, the Lord has let me live, just as He spoke, these forty-five years… I am eighty-five years old today.”
From the report of the spies to Israel’s Jordan crossing was 38 years (Deuteronomy 2:14). Caleb was 40 at the time. They crossed the Jordan when Caleb was 78 years old. Seven years later, when the land was formally divided among the tribes, Caleb was 85 years old.
The point is that the divine court decree established Israel’s right to inherit the land under the conditions set forth in the divine law. But it took seven years to implement that right in a practical sense. And even then, some of the tribes had not conquered all the territory that had been allotted to them—notably the tribe of Dan, whose territory was still occupied by the Philistines.
So it is also with the saints of the Most High. Just because the Dominion Mandate was transferred to the saints does not mean they were able to implement it immediately. Later revelation showed us the importance of the year 2023-2024, which was the 70th Jubilee from Israel’s Jordan crossing. This marked the end of Esau’s allotted time to prove himself unworthy. On October 7, 2023 Esau-Edom was stripped of the birthright after 76 years, and thereafter, God began to expose the heart of Esau’s spirit of Zionism (Malachi 1:4) for all the world to see.
In other words, the transfer of the Dominion Mandate, which is half of the Birthright itself, could not actually occur prior to 2023. The legal case against Mystery Babylon ended in 2017, but the legal case against Edom ended later in 2023. Are there other legal matters that must yet be concluded? We cannot say for sure. Time will tell.
