The Memorandum of Understanding has finally been replace by the Agreement mentioned in Point 14 of the MOU, which says:
The MOU serves as an interim framework, with the understanding that a comprehensive, legally binding agreement would follow.
With the death of the MOU, the two sides have finally replaced it with an Agreement.

What Next?
The pattern (spiritual) war from 2001 indicates that July 11 will begin a major escalation in this war. Keep in mind that in 2001, the overcomers won the war, but it did have a negative effect on America, because God was removing His hand of protection over the nation. The impact, moving from the spirit into the earth, took two months, manifesting on September 11, 2001. This was according to the 1980 revelation that “July is like September.”
More recently, we have been discerning an echo in 2026 of this war in 2001. This echo, however, is modified by the spiritual progression that has occurred in the past 25 years. Recall the saying that history does not repeat, but it often rhymes.
In the bigger picture, this war itself (as discerned in 2001) is fomented by Apollyon, the Prince of Persia. The Prince of Persia is not trying to fight for or defend Persia/Iran; it is a beast of war that lusts for blood from both sides of the conflict. In fact, the Prince of Persia has worked (through his warmonger agents) to draw America into this war.
Why now? Why would we see this echo in 2026? Such echoes generally occur at critical junctures of time, especially when the overcomers are on the verge of victory in some arena. So while the war itself is “bad,” it is also evidence of Kingdom victory, which is “good” from our perspective.
It appears that we are now heading into part 3 of this war. The first was the 12-day war in June 2025; the second was the 40-day war from February 28 to April 8, 2026. It seems that we are now heading into part 3. Will this be the climax leading to the destruction of Jerusalem? Only time will tell, but keep in mind that we must also watch September 11, 2026.
Rosh Hoshana, the feast of Trumpets, begins the evening of September 11, 2026. Hence, this date would be a watch date even without the pattern of 2001. The conjunction increases the importance of the date. So be watchful.
